Atmosphere Construction and Design is an established and experienced commercial and residential Interior Design and General Contracting firm in San Diego, California. Since the inception of the company in 2001, the firm has completed a wide range and variety of commercial and residential projects. These projects range from upscale restaurants and nightclubs to commercial offices, custom homes and remodels.
Atmosphere Construction and Design’s principals Katherine and Omar Magallon oversee and are involved in every project. The main goal of the firm is to create outstanding environments with unique design that are on time and on budget. Many of Atmosphere Design’s completed projects are high profile and recognizable venues in the historic and upscale Gaslamp Quarter and throughout San Diego County.

Business Owner
Katherine has been an interior designer since the early 90’s. She added a general contracting license in 2007. She has completed numerous commercial projects throughout San Diego County. Her company specializes in restaurant and bar and commercial tenant improvement projects. Her company does all of the architectural drawings in house, provides permit processing services for the Health and Building Departments, Interior Design, general contracting or any combination of those four services. She is highly experienced, friendly and easy to work with.
