I hired Terry and his crew of Gebco Construction to do TI work at a commercial space that had code enforcement issues stemming from a previous tenant. I can not say how relieved and happy I was to have met Terry and be able to use his services. He made a nightmare easier to handle. He was onsite as much as possible, very sensitive to our needs and the City’s requirements. He made sure the job stayed consistent as much as possible. Terry is very detailed in his quality of workmanship and makes sure his crew is the same. He also makes sure that at the end of the day all is put away and clean, ready for the next day. He is very professional and keeps his word. Thank you Terry and Crew!

We hired Terry Gebhardt (owner of Gebco) last year to install eight pre-​hung interior solid wood doors in our home. He completed the job on time and at a reasonable cost, and with NO HASSLE.
Terry is honest and is always available by phone. We just hired Terry and Chris to install our redwood decking — they did a great job. Terry is easy to deal with and just gets the job done with no hassles or complaints.
If we ever move out of our townhome and into a house, we will use Terry and Chris again without hesitation.
