I recently(and by recently, it took me 3 phone calls and has taken them over a month to fully respond) contacted Sharp to complain about this doctor as he did not perform a physical exam. It turns out he FALSIFIEDMEDICALRECORDS and wrote that he performed a full lower extremity exam and neurologic exam. That is ILLEGAL. Lucky for me that I am a doctor and understand that he lied, and I had a witness! UNLUCKY for me– is that both Sharp and Dr Jones do not care. They declined returning my $ 40 copay. Now I am in the process of complaining to the medical board of Ca. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND that you see a different doctor.

Not that Dr. Jones is a bad guy or anything, but, really, I wish I never had to meet him. Sadly, I broke my foot playing soccer so I had to make a visit to a podiatrist to have it evaluated and then put in a cast. Dr. Jones’ office is in the Sharp Rees Stealy Otay Ranch office, which is a very nice facility. I found his staff to be really cool and funny. He also was a really nice, talkative guy. He seems to have done a good job with my cast although I’m only on day 5 of the 6 weeks that I’ll have with my lovely new black(fiberglass) friend. So, he meets all my criteria: 1) takes my insurance, 2) seems to do good work, 3) has a good personality, and 4) is helpful and doesn’t act rushed or anything.
