My dad doesn’t have a Unilocal account, but recently used Brock’s Locksmithing services and wanted to make sure he left a review! Here’s what he had to say: «I could not have been happier with the service I received from Brock’s, in particular Zach & his brother. I was locked out of my house, as the deadbolt mechanism became partially dislodged from its housing & rendered my key useless. It was after 6:00 pm & I called a slue of locksmiths that purportedly serviced the Madera area from my iPhone listing, & only received a response from Zach. He said he’d be there within 35 – 40 minutes from Chowchilla, & was true to his word. The fix was not easy, & yet both he & his brother worked diligently until the problem was solved, & my door was adorned with a new deadbolt & working keys. Aside from being superbly courteous, both Zach & his brother exhibited the expertise of locksmith professionals well beyond their youthful ages. I would highly recommend their company to anyone in search of reliable, friendly, & competent locksmithing services. –Greg C. of Madera»

This is the worst locksmith there is they do not let you know $ 40 fee plus $ 8 lock and they do not rekey correctly, keys did not work and replaced door knob was falling off after they replaced it!!! Be cheaper and easier to replace all your door locks, stay away, I would give negative stars if I could!

I needed locks changed on the doors of a house I own on the outskirts of Chowchilla(approximately 4 miles south of the city limit) and spoke to a «Zack» who answered the phone when I called Brock’s Locksmithing. I won’t go into Zack’s poor customer service skills over the phone, which was the first hint that I should have passed on Brock’s Locksmithing. I made an appointment with Zack for someone to meet me at my property at 10:00 a.m. the next day. I arrived at the property on time and waited about 20 minutes past the hour as no one from Brock’s had yet to show up. I called their office and the call went directly to voicemail with instructions from Zack(«This is Zack at…») to leave a message of which I did asking if there was a problem finding the address. By 10:33 a.m., still no Brock’s Locksmithing so I called again and left a voice message to cancel the service call as it was apparent no one intended to show up. I don’t know what happened that caused this level of unprofessionalism and as this review is being written four days after the appointment no one has been courteous enough(or in this case, man enough) to call to reschedule or offer an explanation or apology for the«no show.» I guess the locksmith business is booming in Chowchilla, CA and Brock’s Locksmithing can afford to blow a customer off.
