We are a family owned and operated pool supply store located in Chino, CA. We carry a wide variety of cleaning equipment, chemicals, toys, parts and more. We also offer patio furniture, flags, garden décor & firewood. We do in-​store & in-​field repair and service. Need your pool remodeled? We install new equipment, replaster, re-​tile, deck work, & tile cleaning. We do just about everything for your pool after it is built!

History

Established in 1958.

Started by Bob Malins & his wife in 1958. When Bob retired in 1999, his head technician Larry took over the corporation along with Larry’s brother-​in-​law Lynn who had already been in the pool industry for many years. Larry now does all our our remodels and Lynn is our Technician.

I came to Malins in 2002. I love helping customers and all the friends I have made over the years. I have customers that just come in to chat, and I love it. I take pride in what I do and I aim to please. Even though you may not see me when you come in, I’m probably here somewhere. There is always a project being worked on and paperwork to do :) Come in and say HI.

I strive to provide quality products that you cannot just find elsewhere. We test many products on our own pools before putting it on the shelves. Any product in our store I would be comfortable putting it in my own pool. So many products are sold because of «incentives» given by manufacturers, which I don’t buy into. I sell products that are good, not because of the rewards from the manufacturer. If we don’t have a product you are looking for on our shelf, just ask. We can always order it for you (and usually have it next day!).
