If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, hardworking and dependable realtor then Lawrence is your guy! Lawrence helped us purchase our first home 7 years ago. If it weren’t for Lawrence, we wouldn’t have our home. My husband grew up in Chino Hills and wanted to live on a particular street in one of only ten houses that had large properties. I had called Lawrence on a property he had for sale just to get an idea of the prices in the neighborhood. He asked if he could help us find our home and I told him my husbands strict parameters. There was one house for sale at the time but it was way out of our price range. Lawrence remembered what I said and called me back a few months later to let me know that home had reduced their price by $ 100,000! We wouldn’t have even known and would have missed out on our dream home. We ended up offering even less than their asking price making it a short sale which can be a long difficult process, however, Lawrence handled it so well. The other realtor even complimented him saying that this was the smoothest short sale she had ever been involved with and we have Lawrence and who he chose to work with on the finance side to thank for that.

I have several friends that are realtors, but I dind’t think twice about choosing Lawrence to help us sell our house now that we are considering selling it.
