They did a good job on the popcorn removal. But broke a light fixture. Stated they would come by and fix it. Never did. I was willing to give them a second chance on a smaller job. But was told it was too small for them. As a returning customer you would figure they would respond as an appreciation of the prior job.
Just because you try to get the last word. Doesnt make it true. The light fixture was fine before you did the work. What ever happen to the customer always being right? Also never assume I couldnt afford the work on the intial estimate. I simply decided not to do the work on the bedrooms of a possible future rental. Telling me my job was too small is disrespectful. Saying you didnt want to overcharge me isnt an excuse either. Bill for services done. Then there wont be any overcharging. You received two stars because your customer follow up service sucks. Dont act like you are doing me a favor. Its business. Respond and do work, simple as that.

We were so thankful to have found Bill and Final Touch Ceilings! I tried contacting nearly one hundred different ceiling companies to repair my parents ceiling that my husband fell through. i received less than twenty responses and only six came through with actual estimates! We chose Final Touch Ceilings because Bill was totally down to earth (which began seeming more and more uncommon in this industry after speaking to so many ceiling companies), his estimate was clear and very reasonable, and he had positive reviews on Unilocal.He did all of the work himself to repair the ceiling damage and also scraped my parents popcorn ceiling in their dining room and orange peeled it all. He even repaired the poor workmanship of the home builder in removing the tape lines. He painted the ceiling and fixed every concern my parents had. He was very trustworthy. My parents even trusted him to lock up for them on two occasions. We were so thankful to have had the ceilings repaired and redone at such a great price and with someone who genuinely cared!

Bill did a great work with my ceiling. He even informed me the discrepancies of my ceiling after removing the popcorn ceiling. He always showed up on time and did a thorough job. Understand that sometimes he works solo so its hard to get a hold of him. For me, I had to call a few times but it was worth the wait.

Bill is the best!!!
We’ve had the popcorn ceiling since we moved in the house. We always wanted to remove it but were afraid of the hassle and possible damage the removal process could cause. There were also several unsightly and long cracks on the ceiling. We were lucky that we found Bill. He gave us a competitive quote with all the job detail. They arrived on time everyday. He and his crew were courteous, professional and very careful in moving the furniture around. Every thing was well protected and covered to prevent any damage. They removed the popcorn ceiling, patched up the cracks and painted beautifully! The job was completed on time as promised. Bill also did a fantastic job installing several new recessed lights! Now our house looks so modern! We highly recommend Bill and his team. He made a highly stressful situation easy and fast. Thank you Bill, Oscar and Hector!

A leaky roof left us with residual water damage to our very old popcorn ceilings. Bill came out and really took his time to look at the areas and gave us such a great price we decided to have them remove all of the acoustic ceiling, then patch and paint it. Bill and his team did amazing work and even made certain the kitty didn’t escape. Highly recommend…

Had some water damage in my kitchen ceiling, needing repair. Also had one of those 80’s vintage recessed fluorescent light boxes, which had to go.
Bill showed up right on time (as you know, when it comes to contractors recently,
the old saw «half of life is showing up» certainly applies.)
Completely draped every surface in the kitchen, framed out the recessed area flush with the ceiling, patched the dry wall, textured the entire ceiling (not just the patched area) Perfect match with the rest of the house.
Left the place as clean as when he got here.
Great job, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Bill and his crew from Final Touch did a great job removing our acoustic ceiling material and replacing it with a nice, smooth, clean finish ceiling. The crew was prompt, professional and they delivered everything we asked for, including the removal of old kitchen and bathroom lighting and replacing it with modern improvement and updated fixtures. The cost of the work was very reasonable and worth every dollar spent. We highly recommend Bill and his services because his dependable, delivered exactly what we wanted, has a very high regard for his customers and he is all around just a really NICE guy and completely trustworthy.

My husband and I were on a tight time crunch to get our ceilings scrapped before we moved into our new home and Final Touch was quick to respond and even came out to give us a quote in person the next day. After getting a few other quotes we decided to go with Final Touch. Their price was reasonable and they did an excellent job! They were in and out within 2 days. They scrapped all of our popcorn ceilings and painted for us. Very professional work and no mess was left.

After getting a few quotes, my wife and I finally decided to go with Final Touch Custom Ceiling & Walls to remove our «popcorn» ceilings and to install recessed lighting. The quality of work is exceptional! Plastic sheeting is used to cover all furniture and floors. No mess left behind.
We were so satisfied with Bill’s (the owner) work, we called him back to install more recessed lighting and patch work when we decided to remodel the kitchen. With three separate crews working at the house, the scheduling issues were a nightmare, but Bill was awesome at working around everyone’s schedule and even worked when he was not supposed to — he had two cracked ribs and was told by his doctor not to work. We had a really tight schedule and Bill being Bill came in to finish the job himself because of our tight schedule.
Five stars is not enough! Thank you Bill for your dedication and work ethic! I wish you a speedy recovery and we will definitely be calling you back for future jobs!

I called and talked to Bill to arrange an appointment. When I met with Bill, he was easy to talk to, explained the process, and let us know the days it would take to remove our popcorn ceiling, install recessed lights, and chandeliers. He was understanding, honest, and accommodating to provide us the best options and give us good suggestions on decisions. Removing popcorn ceiling can be messy, but Bill and his team, Omar and Mike did a great job to cover everything and clean really well after themselves. The final results were amazing. Bill, Omar, and Mike did such a great job that we ended up calling them again to install extra recessed lights in our other bedrooms. Overall, Bill and his team was great to work with, communication was easy, and they do excellent quality work. I would definitely recommend to others.

I contacted Bill and his team on the strength of his Unilocal reviews, and I’m glad I did.
I ended up getting some popcorn ceilings removed in my living room, kitchen/​dining rooms and hallway. I also ended up getting some new recessed lighting put in as well.
I have a pretty good idea when it comes to lighting, but Bill came up with some good suggestions both on placement and types, which was appreciated.
The quality of the ceiling work is excellent: I wanted a totally smooth finish rather than the more usual textured look: The other ceiling contractors I spoke weren’t really interested in doing anything other than the textured finish, so it was appreciated Bill could do what I wanted, and took an interest in my mid-​century modern house.
Overall definitely recommended.

I needed drywall repairs, electrical wiring for lights, and texture coating. I decided to call Final Touch because Unilocal had several good reviews. I called several times and left several messages over the course of a week. Two weeks later I still haven’t received a phone call back.
Even if they are too busy with other jobs, they should at least return a phone call to explain that. In my opinion, that’s not practicing very good customer service skills.

I called a couple of months ago to schedule an estimate to remove the popcorn on my ceiling and was told I would get a call back to schedule something because he was really busy that week. Two follow up calls over the next two weeks and I never got a call back. I think he was a bit put off because I was in the Moneno Valley area and he did not want to come out that far (he seemed hesitant when I initially told him where I was). I understand that some businesses only service certain areas, but I wish he would have told me that right off the bat so I didn’t waste my time. I was hoping I could work with Final Touch because they had such great reviews on Unilocal.
I’ve since joined Angie’s List and they give more details on which contractors service my area so I don’t waste my time. Unilocal is great for restaurants, but maybe not for contractors.

I was considering having my ceilings drywalled so I turned to Unilocal and found Bill/​Final Touch Custom Ceilings & Walls. I can truly say Bill is one of the most honest and most ethical business person I have ever met.
Due to some issues with the ceilings he explained that there could be some future potential problems if it was drywalled. Any other person would have just given me a quote for the work and left, but Bill suggested other possible options and even stated that he would research it further and get back to me. He clearly was not just interested in making money off the job but was truly concerned about not doing any work that could cause future problems for me. It was a pleasure meeting someone so honest and so ethical. I only wish more business owners were like Bill.
I think he is a great person, and I am actually kind of bummed that he won’t be doing any work for me. I will, however, let anyone that needs work done about Bill!

Bill and his crew are amazing. We had the acoustic popcorn removed from our ceiling and are so happy with the results. Bill made us feel very comfortable from the start. He gave us a fair estimate, and followed through with all of his commitments.
Bill told us that the work would be completed within three days. The work started on Monday and was wrapped up by Wednesday afternoon. I am very impressed with the prep that went into this very messy job, which led to the guys being able to clean up and get out on Monday afternoon. He was able to work around our furniture, and leave us with a livable environment until Wednesday when the priming and texturing was completed.
Bill also installed recessed lighting in the living room, and has made such a difference in that space. Our place looks so much better since Bill and the guys have been here. We will defiantly use his services in the future. Bill delivers!

If you are looking for great work at a great price, then this is the place to go. After searching for someone to do my recessed lights and remove the popcorn ceiling, I decided that Final Touch was the best choice.
The owner Bill was honest and hardworking. One of his strengths was his great communication throughout the process. He was the only contractor that showed up on time to give an estimate. The price he gave on the job was competitive.
The work that he and his team did exceeded expectations. They took out the 70s looking fluorescent lights and added recessed lights. They took down the old popcorn ceiling and added modern texture. After all was done, they removed the mess out of the house.
I would definitely use them again. I am recommending to all of my friends and family.

Final Touch Custom Ceilings & Walls is great. They removed my popcorn ceiling, re-​textured and painted my ceiling. I was first a bit worried about the texture as it was not as smooth as I had hoped but, after the painting was completed, I was very satisfied with the results!
Bill the owner is a very reliable and a friendly guy. His rates are very competitive and I found him to be very punctual and professional.
