Budget RV Rentals

I am hooked on RVs. This place is a family owned business and their customer service is excellent. Appreciated there were no hidden charges. The RV was clean and ran smooth. We have now reserved for the summer too. Thank goodness for this company we are able to afford the luxury of driving an RV as the price fits our budget.

We rent 24 feet RV to San Diego Campland. The service is good. They answered every question we asked immediately. Good service. Nice and clean RV.

These people were awesome and really easy to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone. Ill see you guys in March, thank you for the impeccable service!

We rented the 29′ Fleetwood Tioga. Everything went fantastic, pick up, use and drop off. The Tioga was great, super hot water, nice cold air. Drop off was quick and easy. No unexpected costs, no suprises. We would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone else who will listen!!!

We’ve rented from Budget RV twice, both times were good experiences. Even though the RVs are a little older, ours was about 10 years old, they were well maintained and clean. They did a good job of walking me through my first time of renting. The check-​in and return process both went well, no surprises. Both RV trips went great. Due in part to our good RV experience renting from Budget RV we bought our own RV.

If you’re looking at renting a RV, then look no further. We looked at many other businesses, particularly the one you see on the road everywhere with the company name and mural plastered all across the vehicle… guess they use all the surcharge to pay for those paint job. I digress.
These guys made our very first RV rental experience so memorable we will easily return to them. (unless we end up buying one). During our trip we had two questions, called the number we were given and immediately answered and helped us.

Rented an RV here for our Vacation to San Diego, prices were cheap and being on a budget it made sense for being first time RV renters. Made arrangements with them months in advance. Paid off our balance before we even got the RV so we knew exactly what we had to spend well we were on vacation. We arrived on our day of pick up, very hesitant with the look of the office and location. We were welcomed by the staff immediately. When we were done with the paperwork, my wife and I were taken to the RV that we were going to rent. To our surprise the RV was not what we expected with lots of damage to the exterior. Caulked all over the windows, brake lights and dents. I felt that I better point out missing marker light. The interior was nicer than the outside. We than proceeded to do a walk around the unit well the staff was showing us how to operate the features of the RV. Opening up the awning we notice large rips and really sun beaten. Like Eddie said lots of normal wear and tear! Never once did we complain about any of these items. We thought, hey these people are really nice and the price was cheap! That was our pick up day, spirits were up and we were treated like valued customers so we thought.
After a great weekend on vacation with the family. My wife and I arrived to Budget RV to return the unit. As we walked up we felt a whole different vibe. Like they were looking for something wrong with the unit. We took care of that unit, gave it back cleaner than we received it. Washed the exterior and interior before we took it back. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the unit except for a missing rear hub cap, which was out of my control. I didn’t make sure the hub caps were on tight before I left for vacation. I should have made sure that was on tight because we got charged for one expensive hubcap. Also for going over mileage which I thought was included in the contract. They knew we were coming along way to rent from them. These were unexpected expenses that we would have paid for in advance. It would have been better to rent a unit closer to home after all is said and done the cost was about the same I got from other reputable companies. To good of a deal to be true! I just fill if you decide to rent here just be aware of the extra cost you will be charged for. I am glad the motor didn’t blow on us, we would of just bought a RV. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Rented a 24 foot RV and took it through Yosemite and then to Lake Tahoe. The staff at the rental place was very nice, informative and friendly. We had a great trip and definitely recommend this place and will come back if we decide to rent again. The RV was a little old, but handled great.

Wonderful Experience! Maria, Veronica, Eddie and Jason were amazing. Great small business and will definitely rent from them again. We had trouble trying to rent with others because our insurance does not do binders. The RV we rented here had a commercial basic policy which was great and we can also buy supplemental insurance. Since it was my first time driving one, I was extremely nervous so i was glad we had that option. The RV (Sunseeker 24) was clean and everything seemed to work just fine. (Every now and then with the extreme heat we had trouble with the generator but it’s mostly the weather’s fault.) Other than that i can’t wait to rent again, it definitely made the trip to Glen Helen worth it…95 degrees isn’t nice to stay in… but the RV definitely helped. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We just rented the 29foot Sunseeker (2005) to go to Chula vista and then to San Luis Obispo. When we first drove up we weren’t sure what to expect as is a very small family run business near an auto wrecking yard, Eddie though quickly made us feel very comfortable and showed us to our home for the next week, it was very clean and in good condition. They also included some bedding and kitchen stuff for us to use that was clean and fresh. It was nice as you paid a flat fee for the generator and propane and didn’t have to worry about how much you were using the generator etc. Eddie took a lot of time to show us how to work everything and gave us his son’s cell phone number to contact if we had any problems. The customer service was really great and made the week more enjoyable.

BudgetRVRentals is a family run business serving customers who want low-​cost RV camping experiences. We had never towed, no less camped in a pop up before and we were nervous about our epic 41-​day trip. But these guys made it accessible, affordable and doable. Maria patiently answered our questions pre-​trip as we sized up our needs and planned for life on the road. Eddie was generous with his time showing us the ins and outs of setting up and breaking down the pop-​up. And Edward was responsive the few times we needed support on the road. We are proud to be their record-​holder for longest rental to date and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was in need of a pop up trailer to rent, as we wanted to «try before we buy». As this was our first time we had may questions, most of them probably stupid. I called countless times, changed dates, changed units, and generally drove them nuts.
I have to tell you that they were polite, patient, and so very helpful through everything. The were never frustrated or condescending to me at any time or in any way. By the time we made a decision they had only a smaller unit available. When I called to discuss my concerns about the size, instead of telling me it would be OK, they said they too were concerned this unit would not be the best for us.
We ended up renting a larger unit from a private party for this trip, but I can tell you they will be my first call next time I need to rent a camper. I was blown away by their professionalism and patience with me, to the point of losing a sale because they wanted us to have the best possible experience. They really put my needs first!
To Monique, Maria, and the entire staff, my sincere thanks to you thru all this. I know I was a royal pain, but you never showed it. This place is A+ in my book, and I hope to give them my business in the future.

They never ask me for a deposit. No excuses, bad business. They reserved the RV for me and miss communication between them, rented to somebody else.

My girlfriend and I rented the 29′ Tioga and took it to Coachella for 4 nights. Water heater was a little temperamental and the interior condition was fair, but the AC worked amazing and it served the purpose well. The staff was understanding, and I am happy with the overall experience from renting with this company, and would recommend to anyone.

Maria, Edward, and Robbie were so nice and friendly to work with. Even though I contacted them with only a day’s notice to rent a travel trailer, they responded quickly and everything went so smoothly. The trailer was in good, clean condition, and hauled easily. The price was better than the big RV rental companies, and they were much more accomodating with the pick up and drop off times.

Talk about getting a great deal at this place with amazing service to top it off. My experience with Budget RV rentals was great! Maria was very helpful over the phone and was kind and patient with me (rookie camper). My family and I did a week trip to Bass Lake and had a great time. The only issue we had was the water connection, but after calling tech support, Edward was able to walk me through connecting everything properly (I left the water tank switch on). Overall, my family and I are very thankful to the service and value that we got here at Budget RV rentals
