It is our aim to make your smile beautiful, eliminate any oral pain, and to save as many of your natural teeth as possible. Here we use the very best restorative techniques, also, we use no black mercury alloyed amalgam fillings. All dentistry is offered with I.V. Sedation. We use the same brands of white fillings composites as if you are a member of my own family. We are very much a «Cosmetic Dentistry» office.

History

Established in 1982.

Dr. Arthur T. Forrest graduated from USC School of Dentistry. Shortly there after he launched his sole practice in the Inland Empire. Dr. Forrest practices the full scope of dentistry. His passion drives him to learn all things dentistry, which allows him the opportunity to work on the most complicated cases seen in dentistry. He is one of the 3% of general dentistry who offers IV sedation. Dr. Forrest is well known for his excellence in dentistry by his peer group and has been nominated and received a fellowship from the Pierre Fauchard Academy and also held the position of President, for the USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Forrest believes, «Excellence is an Attitude that says good can be much better.»

Welcome to our practice,

I graduated in the top 15% of my class from the University of Southern California, (USC) School of Dentistry. I later became (1997 – 1998) the Presidet of the USC Dental Alumni Association. I have been exclusively in private dental practice for over 25 years. I specialize in Cosmetic Dentistry. My aim is to achieve restorative excellence along with esthetic harmony. I am a General Dentist who practices every phase of dentistry. Because I enjoy my work so much, I love to challenge myself with difficult and complex cases to achieve the finest technical quality in dentistry and to provide the best clinical excellence available. I want all of my patients in my office to have the very best.

I started coming to Dr. Forest last year after having an unsatisfied experience with another office in the area. It had been a little over 2 years since I had seen a dentist and needed deep cleaning. I had the best experience. The staff is amazing, sweet and very caring. I also had my teeth whitened with Dr. Forest and my results have been amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the service this establishment has provided. Thank you Dr. Forest and staff for everything

Do not trust Dr Forrest! I had a issue arise. The office was rude and didn’t respond until I mentioned contacting the Dental association. I moved and my new dentist called him to talk about a solution for the repair of the work he did wrong. He agreed to help and asked for new x-​rays. He never responded after receiving the info requested from my new dentist. Needless to say she was shocked, I wasn’t because he did the same to me.

Dr. Forrest has been the family dentist for my loved ones, and I, for over a decade now. He is a wonderful practitioner, with fabulous facilities, and very meticulous in nature.
My parents and siblings use his services whenever they come into the country: Yes they travel to to take advantage of his expertise.
I have had everything from a simple cleaning and cavity filling, to a wisdom tooth removal and «invisalign», with impeccable results.
Dr. Forrest is an asset to my family and I, and there is little wonder why he is the «dentist to the stars», and lectures across the country.

Dr. Forrest and staff are the most knowledgeable and caring staff! Our family have been going to him for many years now. We even take our inlaws to him when they visit the states! :-) Only at Dr. Forrest’s office will you find cool amenities such as Perrier water, apples and Trident Gum for his patients. Dr. Forrest and staff a A-​1 in my book.

I have come to the office for many years. I have experienced nothing but the best here at this office. I am a cry baby when it comes to the dentist and Dr Forrest is always professional and very gentle. I appreciate the fact that he provides you with head phones and a movie to watch while work is being done. I recommend this dentist to everyone

Dangerous, incompetent, fraud, license should be stripped.
He has no idea how to perform complex surgeries but will sound like he knows it all.
Was put under anesthesia for over 8 hours. Never heard of any dentist doing this for so long. Very sketchy
Do not by any means see this doctor for anything.
Told me he was using the best implants for the mouth. These implants later caused more damage to the mouth and had to see another dentist. This new dentist examined and had to remove the implants due to them being cheap and the worst brand no reputable dentist would use.
Save your headache, money, and life and do yourself a favor research more and do not see him.

I came here a few years ago to get my teeth fixed. I have a discoloured front tooth, which had already gotten a root canal. I came here for the blue light whitening treatment, which had to be carefully done because my front tooth is very fragile. Dr. Forrest inserted some whitening gel straight into the discoloured tooth.
The staff here is very friendly and caring, and Dr. Forrest is patient and gentle with his work. I loved the way my teeth came out! I felt confident when smiling, which is something everyone should feel.
Obviously the whitening treatment doesn’t last forever, so be prepared to return after 6 months to 1 year for another round. Expensive, but most dental work is. I’d happily pay the price again knowing that I’m going to get great results.
