Beware of misleading ad right on the front of the building. Giant banner advertising oil change and filter for $ 16.90 plus a standard environmental fee of $ 3.00 seems fine. But when I went inside to ask about getting an oil change for my Firebird which takes 5 quarts of oil the man at the counter said it would be an extra $ 10 for a total of $ 27 because their offer is only for 4-​cylinder cars which is not listed on the huge banner! As a trained professional automotive tech I’m no dummy. There’s no real difference in the procedure between a 4-​cylinder and an 8-​cylinder engine! I need an oil change, but not that bad! Look out for shops that play this game! If they play with simple things like false advertising an oil change then the games only get more expensive from there!

I was a repeat customer until today! I brought my car here twice before for an oil change, but the third visit was not so well. When I walked in I said I wanted their advertised oil change special. The owner told me they were going to charge me more and then gave me a price. The price he quoted was more than what he charged me in the past. When I asked him about it, he denied it and said he never gave me that price. Being in a hurry, I agreed to the price. He pulled my car into the garage and started working on it only to return a few minutes later, angerly asking me when was the last time I got an oil change. I said a few months back and by your mechanics. He then said I was lying and the filter hadn’t been changed in over a year and the oil was black. He continued yelling at me while walking away to continue on the car. He finished working on the car and pulled it up to the front for me. When I got into the car, I noticed the workers didn’t even change out the sticker for my next oil change. In addition, I looked at my receipt which had the date and price of the last oil change of when I took it there before. This made me question whether or not they really changed my filters in the past or if the mechanics just half assed the job. Needless to say I will no longer be taking my car there in the future!

I would actually give them no stars. Very long story short my husband took his truck there to replace the heater core last July 2013. They replaced it same day and all seemed well. 3 months later coolant started pouring out inside the truck. We took it back and was told by Mr. Chau (owner) that the person who fixed it the first time (Ryan) was no longer employed there​.Mr. Chau insisted it was now the hoses connected to the heater core. We asked why those were not replaced initially and he had no answer. We paid another $ 50. Mr. Chau tried to deny us a receipt until I insisted, shady! We returned again a month later because AGAIN the coolant was pouring out inside the truck. Mr. Chau said it was now the «clamps» that held the hoses that were connected to the heater core. It was almost a joke at this point. We ended up taking it to them 5 times for the same dang issue!!!
Oh I forgot to mention that we took the truck there because the check engine light came on. This was obviously early on in our experience there. They quoted us $ 49.00 to diagnose the issue. We explained that we knew what the diagnosis code was because we have a tester but Mr. Chau insisted they run a diagnosis. They called us to pick up the truck and it was not fixed. Mr. Chau told us «they could not fix it because his mechanic was not good at fixing American cars.» Are you kidding me!!! The worst part was they charge us $ 75 for the diagnosis instead of $ 49 which was the original written quote.
Back to the heater core. We ended up taking it to our regular mechanic (Dale Brights) and having it fixed once and for all. We regret even going anywhere else but our mechanic isn’t open on the weekends. We spent over $ 500 at this ridiculous place to have nothing fixed.
I guess the long story short wasn’t short after all. Lol
We actually have a small claims case against All Tune &Lube coming up next week. I can’t wait to teach this man a lesson. Please don’t go there and spread the word!!!

My sister went in for an oil change and they ended up breaking her door. When she asked them about it, they yelled at her, cussed her out, and told her it was her fault. Way to be professional guys… I would give them no stars if I could.

Let me start off with after I got my car back I found my personal items out of place. What I had left in the cup holder with my change (a couple of car engine fuses) were sprawled out on the seat. There was no reason for them to be going through my stuff inside my car. But this is not the only reason for the bad review…
I went in for an oil change on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. The owner who was running the front desk was super polite and very helpful, wait time he gave me was accurate (about 20 minutes). Everything went downhill from there. I paid for the oil change and the owner said he would pull the car up to the front for me. When he parked the car in front of me rolled down the window and opened the door using the outside handle. Hmm. strange. He said thank you and walked away. I get into my car and start driving home. I pull into my driveway, which is at an incline, turn off the car and reach for the handle. THE HANDLE IS STICKING OUT, BROKEN! I CAN’T GET OUT OF MY CAR! Immediately I drive back (not even 10 minutes later from when I left). The guy’s demeanor totally changes, pawns me off onto his two mechanics. Really shady looking characters. They both gain up on me, start cussing, blame me for the door being broken and tell me «SH*T HAPPENS, WON’T BE THE LAST TIME.»
So I asked «Oh, its happened before?» and thats when they get really mad and too close for comfort. Finally they told me talk to the owner and walked away. I go into the office to talk to the owner, he told me to call the police or sue him because he doesn’t care and its not his fault. That whole time I could hear the two mechanics laughing out loud and making fun of me inside the shop.
So I called the police. The police could do nothing at that moment other than advise me to make a property damage claim with the small claims court with an estimate of how much its going to cost to get my door fixed.
I will be filling this claim in the next couple of days.

My rating would be no stars if possible. Like one of the other reviews on here, The owner is a complete A-​hole and doesn’t know how to run a garage or know anything about fixing cars, and he charges up the butt for his services. I had an argument with him about my gf’s serpentine belt falling off after about 2 weeks of the installing a brand new one. Little history… the belt never fell off before the service and we only got it done because it was time to/​. He tried to tell me that I didn’t get the service done or buy the belt from them, oh was he so wrong. I had to drive back home get all my receipts and throw them in his face to prove him wrong and even after that he still didn’t believe me and had to call his parts distributor and ask them if his company ordered the parts from them on the exact day of my receipt. (FYI I had the serpentine belt and belt tensioner done at the same time)
Little more history, Ryan the guy one of the other reviewers talked about was fired by the owner. Ryan was the reason I kept coming back and when he was fired the place is all down hill from there.
but this is not the only thing bad, Yesterday I checked my gf’s brakes (which they replaced, along with rotors, brake booster, and master cylinder) and they were low and making noise. So I thought ok just need to replace the brake pads, big nope! Outside pad was worn completely and inside was like brand new. Now the owner wants to try and charge me for labor to replace the LIFETIME WARRANTY brake pads and try to say it was my caliper going bad, yeah sorry but no! Calipers were completely fine before the service and now 6 months later and normal driving in a Dodge Caravan the brakes fail. Now he gives me the run around and says if I want I can go to the distributor and get them replaced with them. So I ask for original receipts so I can go get them replaced and they are so unorganized they cant find the original receipts. I forgot to tell you I went in at 8am this morning to get this fixed, worker told me to come back @ 2pm because the owner wanted to be there to give me the receipt. So I go and no receipt and argue with him, he hit my hand while I was pointing at the receipt that he printed up from his company (which I cant take to any company for warranty because its his receipt not the one from the distributor). So its 4:10pm and now I have to take the brakes off and take them to him to get him to warranty them from the Distributor, what a waist of gas, time, and day!
DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

Be careful when you come here. The greed in the owners eyes is apparent. It is hard to say whether or not he is suggesting a service you actually need or if he is just trying to get your money. I was warned before that he does charge a high rate so if you do come here exercise caution.
The owner aside though I have to say the employees really seem to care about the customers. It’s one of those rare experiences where they are honest with you about the state of your car. So keep all that in mind when you do come. Personally I wouldn’t trust what the owner say, but if the employees say it I would.

My friend has a real lemon, and it broke down on his way to work. His co-​worker searched and found All Tune and Lube Chino, and I took them there. Ryan is the guy working that afternoon and he was real helpful. He checked carefully and found the thermostat was bad. He had the car fixed within 2 hours, and he even knocked 5 dollars off the price.
My friend was really relieved and we were really glad we went to this shop.
Highly recommended!
