We are your Sous Chef, we will make sure your event is a tremendous success no matter the size. This is our passion and we love it.
History
Established in 2015.
This business was started because I was sick of not seeing how my guest enjoyed their food. I want to work closer and feel closer to everyone I serve, I want to be able to get first hand feed back. I am a Chef because I LOVE IT and I want to share that passion. I believe in using seasonal and locally sourced items by responsible farmers is very important to my clients, the local economy and our environment.

Born and raised in Southern California, After High school I was unsure of what to do but knew I didn’t want to sit still. I joined the United States Air force to travel, grow up and decide what my future would be. I have always loved to cook for, interact and entertain people, when I left the USAF I went to California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA. I have been cooking for the last 10 years in restaurants in Las Vegas, England and Los Angeles and I want to share my experiences and culinary expertise with as many people as I can. I am a wear my Heart on my sleeve, jump in feet first and never give up kind of person. I will strive to ensure your perfect event is met.
