It’s Never a dull moment with the OC’s Rock N Roll Chef!
Stay Sharp — Phil
History
Established in 2004.
After spending 15 years in the Rock N Roll business it was time to pursue another feild i had natural talent for.
Gary Busey once told me «No matter what you wish to be successful at, it takes hard work and a good education; There are no short cuts to the top.»
My mind was made up I went to school at the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Graduating as one of the top in my class with a degree in culinary arts.
With a fiery rebellious drive to blend the world of rock N Roll and food together I constantly strive to present an unforgettable experience. I’ve had thorough training at Le Cordon Bleu, Hilton, Double Tree, life experiences of being a professional caterer and being the chef owner operator of a one of a kind beach front restaurant and now have the honor of putting on shows for everyone from political parties, commanding officers, Generals & record producers to working class heroes. So sit back relax and enjoy what I call Culinary Entertainment.
Meet the Business Owner
Phil K.
Business Owner
The legend says that Kino Bora Bora just suddenly appeared one day like a miracle from the heavens. He became the most feared warrior of his time and was the king’s personal bodyguard.
But Kino loved cooking food and was soon found to be the greatest chef in the world cooking great feasts for all the rulers of the land. In time other chefs began to steal his style, calling it their own, and mutated the cuisine. Kino became angry and heartbroken and soon he vanished never to be seen or heard from again for hundreds of years.
That is until Chef Phil was lost at sea on a 7 month sailing hiatus and crashed into an uncharted island in the south Pacific. It was there that Kino saved Phil and learned that he was a chef, and chose Phil to be the one to continue his legacy, teaching him the true recipes and cooking style that was once known to be only fit for royalty.
Kino Bora Bora called this ancient style (International Ranch-House) & Where is this Kino Today? Only one man knows for sure.
