Alex went above and beyond! We have white carpet and had not cleaned it in 5 years, so we were worried that the stains would not come out. We called him on Saturday and he came the same day and completed the job. A few dark spots returned once the carpet had dried, but he returned the next day and went above and beyond to leave it like new! Alex is a great and friendly guy and stands behind his work. We will definitely use his services again.

Great job! Was told they would arrive between 10 – 10:30 am. They showed up at exactly 10am. Very friendly and professional. No up sells or tricks. They helps move some furnishings, and rolled up rugs. They opened windows as they cleaned to air out the house, and to dry the carpet. I was charged exactly what was quoted.
I will definitely call them again. Very pleased.

I just want to say WOW!!! I am moving out of my place and wanted my living area carpet cleaned. I tried calling a few places but I never got an answer just machines. Left messages and no call back. I called Gary and he picked right up, he told me that he had a driver in my area and it can be done that day. He quoted me a price and they stuck to that price. Alex my driver was so friendly. He couldn’t find any hose socket to clean my unit but my neighbor downstairs did have one, so he made friends with them and got my carpet cleaned. I was so impressed it looks just like new. Thank you Alex for being so friendly and you did such a great job. Oh and thanks Gary too!!!

I had a bad experience with this company the first time, but the owner straightened things out and came to clean my carpet. I am happy now with his service. So if you have any problems at all make sure you talk to Gary the owner.

Spoke with Gary earlier this week regarding price and availability. He was able to offer a 4 room and stairway offer for $ 130 which was very competitive as well as deliver on the 4th of July morning. Dan and his partner actually completed the cleaning this morning which was seamless and quick. No haggling, upselling, or other issues. Highly recommend and deserve all 5 stars.

Great service all around. Gary was pleasure to deal with on the phone. The two gentlemen that did the work were pleasant and did a good job.
I wasn’t sure if I could get my 8 year old couches cleaned up with all the stains. For $ 150 and about an hours time, couches look great and smell good too. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Just had the carpets cleaned by Gary at CCR and can’t believe how nice it came out. The family is thrilled! We had a horrible stain and we thought it would never come out and it’s gone. The pictures won’t do it justice but trust me it came out nice.

My parents were in need of a carpet cleaning service and Gary was the first person we all thought of! We have been a loyal customer with this company since last year, and without a doubt he never disappoints! Gary even cleaned our rugs without additional costs! Whenever my relative or parents friend come over to our house, they would always compliment on the carpet and even asks for Gary’s number so they can have their carpets cleaned as well! Unlike some companies who have to go to the house to price the service, Gary can do it over the phone if you tell him the dimensions of what you want it done! Gary did a great job repairing a messed up patch of carpet damage from a puppy with a bit of separation anxiety. Cant tell anything ever happened and the carpet looks new again! So happy i found him and this business that is dedicated to carpet repairs! Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone who is stressing out about ugly carpet damage they have to look at everyday :)

Gary came out and did a great job! Still waiting for the carpet to dry completely but from what I can tell it looks great. Gary took his time with heavy traffic areas, looks good! No haggle with the price, it was exactly what he said before hand.
(I wish the tile was a little cheaper to clean, I was a little bummed on the cost of that, but I understand)
Overall I am satisfied with the work, and will call again for the next cleaning!

Our carpet looked like a minefield with all the poop & pee stains, courtesy of our beloved Pug Chihuahua…
I was looking up for some Carpet Cleaning Companies via Unilocal and stumbled into this one.
I talked to a guy named Gary over the phone and he set me up for a scheduled cleaning a week after…
When the day came for clean-​up, there was a knock on the door…
To my surprise, Gary personally came by…
Apparently, he has other guys in the company, but they were probably cleaning up some other houses elsewhere. So Gary took it upon himself to take care of our carpets…
To sum it all up, he did a wonderful job. I was under the impression that all the stains in our living room and hallway would be impossible to remove, but Gary was able to clean them up extremely well. And being able to do it in less than an hour was a bonus!
I highly recommend Complete Carpet Restoration for all you folks whose carpets have seen better days**

Gary and his guys are outstanding. I was going to do a carpet cleaning groupon, then I decided heck no, let me get a real guy in my house to do the job… this is how I found Gary’s company, right here on Unilocal reviews.
For a VERY reasonable price CCR did my 2 bedrooms (one approx. 210sq ft and the other about 110sq ft) plus about 15 stairs and a landing… VERY CLEAN compared to what they were beforehand.
I have 4 kitties who run up and down the stairs and in and outside all day long, plus my roommate and I on a 10 year old light beige carpet (it was light beige lol). Gary was very attentive before and after and I will most definitely use his company again, and highly recommend.
