We are so happy we went with Custom Tile Stone and Décor. Javier, Maxine and all of their employees were professional. Their employee’s are very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed on time. Prices are competitive. Our tile floor came out beautiful, absolutely love it. We will definitely be calling them for our next project.

I was harassed by the owner to take my original review down… So that pretty much says it all…
The owner & his wife are two of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. I would never recommend them or ever use them again! 8 months later & we’re still dealing w cracks in the gout /​tile. I will say his employees are very nice & accommodating however they’re weren’t sure on what projects to start and when because Javier the owner didn’t communicate or advise them on what to do!!! We were quoted two weeks but the job took almost a month! Javier added on projects so our bill was way over the original quoted price. He installed the wrong sink in our bathroom & then tried to talk us in to keeping it! Months later & we are still upset. I wish I had done further research however I hope my review helps others.

So glad we selected Custom Tile Stone & Décor. Level of customer service was outstanding. They were reliable with very competitive pricing. All along the way they met commitments and delivered ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the results. Their installers deliver a quality job. They were fast, friendly, hard working and very trust worthy.

I love my remodeled kitchen, fireplace and vanity! I had at least 5 quotes for my kitchen. They are not the cheapest but I like what they presented. The owner (Harvier) at first took us to the slab yard to choose the granite that we liked. None of the other places would do that. The other places just gave us the address and told us to go look by ourselves. I appreciated Harvier spent time with us and share his opinion which one is a good and which one will work for our kitchen, without any signed contract at that point. I felt he is a honest guy and his suggestions made good sense. Therefore, we went with them. They did a fabulous job overall, even though there was a incident happened but they took care of it as promised. Harvier is a honest and responsible guy! When you remodel your home, you need someone who you can trust and rely on. Harvier and Henry are great guys and you won’t be disappointed. I’m very happy with this purchase!
