Very cute décor on the inside. The clothes are overpriced for poor quality, you can get the same style from Forever 21 at ½ the cost. I would advise you to do your shopping downtown if you want to shop local and have better quality.
On another note, I was in last Friday and was not acknowledged by the staff. They were hanging around the counter loudly gossiping about the owners and their private lives. Lots of complaining about management and how one of the girls lost their key and had to get another one made. This went on for the 20 minutes I was shopping there.
This is definitely not what I want to listen to while I shop… NOT good customer service and I suggest that if you want your business to be successful you start training your new hires appropriately. The moment a customer walks in, personal conversations should not exist!

This is one of my favorite stores in Chico — one of the only places in Chico you will find good quality clothing for a decent price. It is mostly dressy t-​shirts, cute dresses and some great accessories, but unfortunately they have stated they will no longer carry shoes (due to being next to Heel and Sole which frankly, I dislike going in there very much). The owners really listen to their customers and ask them what styles they enjoy on their FB page and really listen when given recommendations. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and not overly sales-​oriented (which I’m so, so thankful). Their clothes do tend to be on the younger-​side, and I’m not thrilled about their prom/​formal expansion (I’m 24 so it just doesn’t interest me). Overall, this is my main go-​to store if I need clothes from Chico, otherwise it’s a long drive to Roseville.

Really like the new location! The décor and general atmosphere is really young and fresh. The girls were really accommodating and started a dressing room for me before I was even done shopping. Definitely a little more pricy than your average store but rightfully so. The pieces are had to find elsewhere, a lot of them are really intricate and unique. If you have the extra money I splurge on a boutique piece, this is definitely a place worth checking out!
