Food ripped up, uncooked potstickers, burnt potstickers(2 servings). First bad experience and last experience at all. Poor job completed panda staff. The place was very tidy so I’m giving it two stars… generously

I love Panda Express normally but this time I was really disappointed. I order a plate with string bean chicken, sweet and spicy chicken, and white steamed rice with a side of pot stickers. What I got was burnt pot stickers and fried rice instead of white. Every time I go through this drive thru I have sat in it for at least 25 minutes each time no matter if there were a lot of cars or not. And it took at least 5 minutes before anybody at the order box said anything to me. But I will say that the drive thru cashier Alexander was very sweet and smiley. I’m just not happy that I waited for 30 minutes to get the wrong burnt food.

Go between 11:45am and 12:00, they’re just preparing for the lunch rush and the food is hot and fresh. Get it right after it comes out of the wok and they load it in the steam table and you’re golden. The longer it sits… well you get the idea.

The first couple of times I came here it was good… but the third time was not clean around the empty tables and the food was either deep fried too long, or it sat out too long! Hopefully next time will be better so I won’t have to find another Chinese fast food restaurant.

Horrendous customer service. Every time I go, me and whoever I’m with catch an employee roll their eyes or huff in annoyance, at either another customer or myself. I went through the drive-through today for lunch, and was extremely rushed, there was no one else in line in front or behind me. When I got to the window I gave her my money she basically threw my change in my hand losing $.27 and then after, handed me my food and shut the window I then sat there for two minutes before she came back, which when she did come back she opened the window rolled her eyes and said, can I help you, I then told her yes no one asked me if I wanted any soy sauce, and I kind of need a fork to eat my food. She didn’t apologize or anything she continued to proceed with attitude. The inside restaurant and drive-through were not busy at all. I know panda express is a chain restaurant, and you can’t really expect fine dining customer service, but we’re still people and you work with the public so if you don’t like your job maybe you should find another

Kids Plates are one side, and one entrée — $ 5. Panda bowl(smallest size for an adult) same deal(one side, one entrée) — $ 6. Plenty of food for kids and for me at lunch! I like that they offer lower calorie options(mixed veggies, steamed white rice, chicken breast and string beans, and chicken and mushrooms) to name a few.

They have no clue what they’re doing here. Nothing was prepared, and they quoted me a time to wait for my food, which actually doubled because they started serving the food I ordered to other customers and ran out. She claimed she had a rush, but only about 10 people came in. That’s no «rush» in my opinion. No wonder this panda has poor ratings.

I’ve been here a handful of times now and I’ve never had a bad experience like some Unilocalers. The food is the standard fast Chinese food. The service is quick and friendly. The dining area is pretty clean. It’s great they have a drive through. Most Pandas don’t! If they are out of something they have no problem yelling at the cooks to make it. No big deal. The only thing that bothers me about all Panda Expresses in general is that it’s so pricy for fast food. What are we paying for? Is the chicken free range? Is the beef grass fed? No HFCS? Are the employees paid excellent like In N Out? I’ll research this later but for now Panda Express is a pricy fast food treat every now and then. Yum.

It’s fast food Chinese food, what do you expect? When I went here for my 1st time, I actually enjoyed it. The employees were real nice and helpful, and they gave generous portion sizes. The food was really good for fast food Chinese food. I crave the taste of PE now, and you know I will be returning.

What I like about this place, they will wok your entrée fresh. All fresh ingredients. If your willing to walk in and wait.

These people are so stupid. The company spent MILLIONS promoting sesame chicken breast. I ordered it around 2:45 and was told they were out. FORTHERESTOFTHEDAY. Wtf? They can’t make it??? And how stupid can you be to not have enough in stock. They have 4 signs on the premises promoting it lmao.

The only way they are getting any stars are because they had great customer service(Chloe — 5 stars) but their food is old, oily, and very plain. I haven’t been to panda express in a while… This is why. I ordered orange chicken, kung pao, rice and chow mein… It was not consistent or appetizing. I only ate a quarter of it. They need to prepare more fresh food and have better quality ingredients, especially at this location.

Not even worth the one star. Mediocre food to begin with, and they can’t even keep their menu listings current. Pretty sad, won’t be coming back any time soon unless it’s an emergency… And even then I’d probably just pick the Wendy’s right next door.

I used to litteraly be addicted to panda express. Whenever it was cold out I would be down for some panda. However the last time I came here I had the worst experience, and have not been back since. Im freaked out, it sucks…

I’m not much of one for writing reviews, but I had to write about my experience at this particular Panda Express. I went there this evening to buy some dinner since I was having a busy evening. I always walk in, and never use the drive thru. I want to see what I am going to pick, because I really don’t want the last of an item that has been there for too long, and all dried up. In this instance this evening, going inside paid off. I ordered the two item plate, and I was going to get half fried rice and chow mein. Upon walking in I was about the third person in line. By the time I got up to the counter about to place my order they were bringing out a fresh batch of fried rice. I was thinking, awesome I will get some fresh made fried rice. As I am watching the employee put the tray onto the steam table the corner closest to me slips out of his hand, and the tray falls into the water. Some of that water made it into the tray of the freshly made fried rice. The employee pulled the tray and set it on the counter behind him. I thought I herd him ask for more fried rice. As I am watching this employee grab a smaller tray to put the fried rice in. The employee is taking rice from the side that didn’t touch the water. I know rice is very absorbent, but how does he know the water didn’t make it to the other side of the tray. So after scooping rice out of the larger tray into a smaller one, the employee puts the smaller tray on the steam table for serving. Now I am not sure what the temperature of the water in the steam table is, but even if it were close to boiling, I don’t think that should be any reason to serve this tray of rice. The water wasn’t clear either, it was a bit cloudy. So I ask you Panda Express, do you consider this sanitary? Is your policy to keep a product on the steam table after water from the steam table gets into the tray? Would you have eaten this? Would you feed this to your children? I certainly hope not. I considered asking for a manager, but judging by the people working there, it would have fell on deaf ears. I doubt the main manager was there, so I didn’t want to waste my time talking to someone that really didn’t care. So maybe I will return tomorrow to let the manager know what I saw. Bottom line, what I saw was unsanitary and disgusting!

This Panda always serves fresh food which I appreciate… not to mention, a drive thru. But today one side of the doors was locked. Not a biggie for me, but hmmm, doesnt exactly feel welcoming.

I’ll never go to this location ever again. I’ve been a few times and thought the food was really meh, not amazing but not gross. My mom really wanted to try it out the other night so I took her through the drive through. After ordering her food, we are told they are out of some stuff so they’ll have to make more… um.okay. So we finally get to the window and hand over her card. They run it like 10 times and then tell us the card doesn’t work and demand we give them a different card. Kind of strange, but okay so we give them another card and they run this one like 10 times. I ask what the hold up is and they begin insisting the card doesn’t work and tell us to go to the bank and get cash and come right back to pay. Now, if I knew there was actually something wrong with the card I wouldn’t even write this review, but come on! They were so rude about it that I just drove off and did not come back because eff them that’s why not. We did go to the bank and double check, where they told us there was money in the acct and nothing was wrong. Fail, Panda Express. Just fail. We went over to Ginger’s Chinese around the corner and used the same card to pay with no problem. What a joke. Why not try a different machine? Why act like it’s the customer’s fault that your machine doesn’t work? Why waste a good 15 minutes of everyone’s time and make the drive through line get even longer just because you are too incompetent to use the machine?

food been getting worse lately. Service is WAYTOSLOW. They service the drive thru first while you stand in line inside up to 23 minutes to get your food.Always out of something they tell you 6 minutes to cook and you wait 10 to 14 minutes more. This is not a fast food place its a slow food place.

Pros: –You can use a receipt survey code on every visit to get a free entrée. –Fast walk-in service(I don’t use the drive-through.) –Food is fresh. –Employees are fast and friendly… mostly fast. Cons: –Sometimes they are out of a particular entrée for the day if you go later at night. –Very poor selection of entrees, no variation, same thing all the time. –Food is bland. Keeping in mind that Panda Express is fast-food it really isn’t bad. I never use the drive-through which allows me to see exactly what I’m getting. For those that are unhappy with the drive-through service I suggest parking your car and walking in. It doesn’t take much extra effort and you are sure of what is going into your container. My biggest complaint about Panda Express is that the MENUNEVERCHANGES! They hardly ever offer new entrees, and never offer new sides. There are only three entrees I like and I have to get those three every single time I visit. How about some sweet and sour chicken? Hunan beef? Soups? Rice bowls?
