Marshall Robert L Attorney At Law

I got a Minor in Possession in Chico, so I called Mr. Marshall.
Mr. Marshall was a good attorney at the start. Smooth talking, seemed to have a good grasp on my court case, and I was hopeful he’d win. Turned out he didn’t, but I wasn’t going to blame him for that.
He did however verbally agree on numerous accounts that if he did not win the court case, he would petition the court for my restricted so I would not have to deal with it. (I live out of town now, it’s a hassle) — this was in January of 2015. It’s now the end of July, and I have no restricted license to get to/​from work. Over $ 1,000 wasted for nothing.
I think he’s a decent lawyer, up until your court case is over. Then he will have his office staff «leave him a message» and never return your phone calls.

My son was appointed Mr Marshall by the Butte County Court. I have only heard negative things about public defenders, mainly that they overloaded with cases and too busy to do a good job for their clients. I have to admit that in the beginning when my son had to go this route, I was concerned. The charges against my son were serious, and I could not image him having a criminal record that would effect him his entire life, he was only 18 at the time.
Mr Marshall took my son and from the very beginning treated him and me with respect. He talked to my son not at him. He made him aware of everything that was going on and possible outcomes. he went through every court appearance and we were always made aware exactly what was going on.
I did phone his office and spoke with Jody, she was as helpful as she could be with me, considering I am not on the case, I am his mother. Jody deals with very sensitive information and over the phone she has no idea who «you» are! I found her to be very professional and helpful.
I am happy and grateful to say that Mr. Marshall won the case for my son, he is a legal genius. I highly recommend him and his law firm.
He not only gave my son, his life back, but he gave me and his siblings their lives back. It’s like being able to wake up and not have this be the first thing and the last thing you think about.
My son was registered for school this semester and had started to go but with this case lingering over his head but now it’s not just wishful thinking that he’l actually get to finish he will, and maybe even look into being an attorney because that’s what a great professional does, they inspire you to want to be like them. Mr. Marshall was like that for my son, and for me. I highly recommend him and his firm.
And me and my entire family thanks Mr Marshall and his law firm everything they did for my son. We are so happy and literally have a new lease on life and I know my son will never take this great opportunity for granted.

During the time I have retained Mr. Marshall’s services he had proved himself both professional and competent. He showed himself to be fully capable to resolve my legal issue to my satisfaction.
