Knockout Collision Repair

I went to Knockout repair in May after I hit someone’s tow hitch in my BMW. Gary took good care of me. He was friendly and personable. My service and experience was literally flawless, just like my car was when he returned it to me within a week or so.
8 months later I needed to see him again for the front end of my car (Today). I came in almost in tears, stressed to the max because I am moving to Santa Monica in 6 days and I have too much lined in the next week that I just can’t push back because of an accident and repairs. He comforted me with a hug, and a cup of coffee and reassured me that he will have my car ready to go on Thursday morning for me to take off to my new home in Southern California. He told me not to worry about it, and he will take care of everything for me even though I hadn’t had any insurance information for him except The name, number and policy number. I’m nearly crying now for how thankful I am for Gary and his efficiency, and knowing how important it is for me to have my car fixed in 6 days… He had his secretary give me a ride to work and she of course was as sweet as ever.
I recommend Knockout Collision to ALL of my friends and to anyone who needs an honest, caring, HUMAN experience with expertise and professionalism. I am beyond thankful to Gary and his team at Knockout for your hard work and excellence.

The day before thanksgiving, i realize that my wife had snagged a curb and pulled the bumper 90% off the front of the car. I run a auto repair shop in chico, so i decided to attempt repairing it myself and found it to be beyond my area of expertise. I decided to call knock out. Even though it’s the day before thanksgiving a short day and the body shop was already busy, they still brought my car in and gave me a hell of price. thanks knock out keep up the good work, i will recommend you guys to any body that comes my way.

Have had really good experiences at Knockout. Unfortunately, have had a few cars there recently, but everyone has been super nice, and accommodating. This is my preferred place to go when I have to deal with car body.

I was recently involved in a minor car accident and had right bumper and fender damage to my car. I was paying out of pocket for the repairs and had four estimates done for the car before deciding upon using Knockout Collision. I went with them because they were middle of road for price on the original estimate and seemed very nice.
The problems began once I dropped off the car which was on Tuesday September the 2^nd. I received a phone call 2.5 days later that I needed to come down to sign off on more parts they needed to order that were 1100 dollars more than the original estimate. Two of those parts were so obvious in needing to be replaced that they were included in all of the other three estimates original estimates. It makes it look like Knockout purposefully left them out to look cheaper. Two other shops included all of the parts I got from Knockout on their original estimates for 3100 and 3200. My total at Knockout was almost 3500. Also, the other three shops all told me 3 – 4 days for the time they would have my car and Knockout did not put a time for repairs on their estimate. Knockout took three weeks to complete the job.
The biggest problem of all was feeling lied to and feeling like being on a wild goose chase. I was told parts were ordered when they were not ordered yet, 4 days had passed before being told they were waiting for approval before ordering the additional parts that had allegedly been ordered, suddenly they needed 50 percent deposit because it was not an insurance claim and they never stated that when I took it in from the beginning. I had a state board exam to take and they were going to extend a rental car fee to me when they easily could have comped me a car. Then parts were lost and the list goes on. My mom’s entire front end had to be repaired and it took 10 days. Her body shop also ordered all of the parts at one time to not waste time. It also seems like their parts carrier might not be efficient.
The most insulting part of it all was being told thanks for putting up with us when picking up the car. The owner had to have known there were issues and he did not come out to talk to me either. All in all, this was a huge learning experience and I won’t go back to Knockout or recommend them at all.

Great Job! I recently had my back bumper repaired /​replaced here. The service was extremely professional, and they took care of contacting the insurance company and booking a rental car for me while my car was getting fixed. They make getting car repairs done less stressful and do a great job communicating with customers. My car bumper looks amazing now! When I got my car back it was also washed and cleaned inside and out. Hopefully I do not need to have any major collision repairs in the near future (no more accidents), but if I do, I would definitely return to Knockout Repair and recommend this place to friends.

We just got the family car back after a full detail and I just have to say WOW! I have 3 kids who eat in the car and thrash it. They did such a great job it looks and smells brand new and that’s not an easy feat on a explorer with 200,000 kid miles on it. Their staff was great and their customer service is worth the 5 stars I gave them

First thing I noticed was, what a friendly staff. They make the entire process a lot better. Timely updates. Once I got my car back it looked like it had never been in a accident. Thanks guys you are awesome!

I went and got my bumper repaired from Knockout today and had a great experience! Everyone is really friendly! The prices were great and they offered a ride home while my car was worked on. My car was finished fast and they even washed my car for me! I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!

I recently brought my car here for collision repair and was very pleased with the results and the customer service. The insurance from the lady that hit me was initially going to pay for all the damages so knockout provided the insurance company with a estimate very quickly and soon repairs were started an my car. After further damage was found knockout sent a supplemental estimate to the insurance company. The insurance at this point refused to pay to have my car fixed due to the cost. Knockout was so patient with me as I delt with the insurance company. I called them almost every day and they never got tired of me. In the end my car was fixed and even though I couldn’t pick up my car until a week after it was ready they didn’t charge me to keep my car there. I would highly recommend Knockout Collision for their great customer service and repairs!

Where do you go when an 83 year old man decides he has a vendetta against your front bumper? Knockout!
Who can you call when some cowardly nave backs into your brand new car in a parking lot and drives away with out even leaving a note? Call Knockout!
When a 18 year old college punk backs in to you while leaving the Subway over by Target, don’t slam his head against your hood; that will leave another dent, just call Kareem and the crew!
Now when all these things happen in a three month period who can fix it all, make your car look good as new, deal with those pesky insurance bloodsuckers, and do it quickly so you don’t go longer that 3 days without your vehicle – well that would be Knockout.

I went in to get a small issue with my door looked at. I went in at 9:20 and my car was done and ready to be picked up by 10:45. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very kind and accomodating. It was just a small issue but I would definetly use them again. They tested my door before calling me to let me know that it was done and made sure that everything was running smoothly. Thanks to everyone at Knockout!

The customer service here is above and beyond superb! The office staff is friendly and they handle all of the insurance information and don’t bug you about it, which is nice it is one less stress for you. My car had minor damage but I was worried with my 3 stage paint and my upbringing around classic cars that they wouldn’t be able to get the job done right. But everything was flawless, there was some scuffs on the quarter panel when I picked it up that weren’t there before I brought it in and they were happy to buff it out right then and there no hassle what so ever. I would suggest this shop to anybody, and I will go back for any future work I need done.

These guys are a class act. I’ve been to them on several different occasions over the years and their work is fantastic. From the time you first meet them to address the work needed, to the time they take to show you the end result, it’s a very enjoyable experience. My Honda got rear-​ended and I thought it would be totaled. But these guys worked their magic and what a job! I highly recommend this business.

I brought my Mazda here when it was pretty much destroyed. They went over all of my options with me and supported me in fixing my car (that I love) so that it looked brand new! I felt very taken care of and got as much personalized attention as I needed — kind of a lot to be honest. The customer service was really amazing. I hope never to need them for that again but I do continue to use their detail service and always love the results!

I have to say how impressed I am with Karem and his team. My wife got in an accident and our vehicle looked like a pile of scrap metal. I had my doubts as to whether or not it could be fixed. The customer service here is flawless, down to the hand-​written thank you note for simply coming in to get an estimate. While I didn’t end up getting work done, they spent a lot of time with me explaining my options and what I could do to make the process cheaper. If I had the money, I definitely would have had them fix my poor car up!
