These guys are FAST!
I needed a survery of my house in Oak Park for a permit– in a hurry if possible. The place that did the original survery had gone out of business and I needed a new one for the permit.
What I didn’t expect was FAST– I called early afternoon, said I needed soon. They called back to set up an appointment at 4 p.m.– that same day! I went to my house at 4 and they were already half done with the measurements– I gave them a check (as they had previously requested I do– I was a little leery about that but since my architect had recommended them I did as they asked).
That was Thursday. I called Friday and they were working on it– it was emailed to my architect Friday afternoon and HAND DELIVERED prints arrived on Saturday morning.
I compared to my old survey (no, I didn’t give them a copy), everything seems to match up.
Highly recommend– very professional, reasonable price, and incredibly fast service.
