Good facilities. But I made a mistake when I entered and payed. I paid with Spothero (Spothero is awesome), but went past my time. The garage said I needed to pay the full rate of $ 39 even though I locked a rate of $ 15. When I explained my mistake, they said, «too bad, you have to pay to leave.» I called Spothero and they sorted the whole thing out, gave me a new ticket to leave and paid the difference. But the garage still wouldn’t let me leave, and insisted that Pay with my credit card. They said I was trying to cheat the system. I paid the full amount and Spothero, again, will refund me the difference. Granted, it was my mistake, but I’ll never park there again.

I went the the Oriental Theater on a Saturday afternoon (3÷15÷14). The Theater recommends this «self park“facility. Unfortunately, I had items stolen from my vehicle. The gimmick is they valet park your vehicle which is nice, but they have full access to your car when parking. Rather than making a police report, I thought the petty theft could get published. It a real shame that you can’t trust the valet near a major theator area. Maybe someone at the Oriental theater or one of the theaters will launch an investigation and get rid of this bum. Unknowingly, I even tipped the same guy for returning my car. Based on the volume of vehicles I saw, this guy should be doing «ok» with all the tips they receive from loyal theater goers. ABM Clean up your staff! I’m sure it’s business as usuall. In the mean time theater goers, lock up your stuff, empty your vehicles, or simply pick another parking garage. This place has a thief!!! It’s sad to see that such a wonderful theater experience ruined by such a minor incident. Come on Chicago, we are better than that. Let’s clean up by reporting these incidents. It’s a matter of time before a thief is discovered. Maybe he should be parking laundry carts in prison?
PS-​I hope the petit items you stole were worth it, because its goings to cost you your job and reputation.

Very disappointed in your service on Saturday evening. I was given an older discount card from The Illinois Institute of Art, which your machines don’t read. I was able to get an override from a manager to accept the card before, but the person whom I was connected to via the machine was very harsh, and basically told me «too bad,» and hung up on me. I understand that I was given an old discount card, but there is no excuse for the poor customer service I received. The discounted rate was $ 14, I ended up paying $ 44.

My dentist provides cards that allow us to get a discounted rate for up to 4 hours of parking at this location!

Nice and clean, but expensive without the discount card. Very convenient to Macy’s and State Street shopping as well as the Pittsfield, Garland, and 25 E Washington buildings.
I recommend it, if your destination provides a discount card. You will save a bundle.
Otherwise out of sight fees, just like every other lot in the Chicago Loop.

Being the closest garage to the Chicago Theatre, it was an easy selection for our parking last night. Upon arrival, we noticed signs instructing us to pre-​pay the parking (for $ 17, instead of $ 22) if going to the theatre. I didn’t really understand the advantage of this to the parking garage until we came back from the event. Now, I understand and appreciate their logic. While people arrive at different times to an event, typically everyone leaves at the same time. Therefore, to decrease traffic within the garage and at the pay booths, everyone should have had their card ready to just stick in the reader and quickly be able to pull out of the lot. Kudos for organization and forethought.
My only complaint is that you had to use the elevators to get to the different levels. They did not offer any staircases for us to use instead of waiting with the crowds.
