Ordered Mothers Day Cookie on line with specified delivery date. Order was delivered 3 days late and of course after Mothers Day. Send email to complain with no response at all, unacceptable. Then called to complain was on hold for 15 minutes and then would not refund price. I will never order Mrs. Fields again and you should not either.

They make some very cookies, I’ve had almost all kinds-​choc chip, mm, peanut butter, red velvet, oatmeal raisin, as well as the brownie, muffins and croissant. Coffee isn’t bad either. You get a free cookie if you check in on Unilocal too!

Love that they do delivery! Ordered a cookie cake for a friend and it arrived in perfect order and on time. Will definitely use again. Who doesn’t love a cookie cake?

Ordered a Big Cookie Cake today. It was delivered on time, personally by the manager, still warm, and delicious! Can’t wait to order again from here!

You can’t beat the delicious combo of cookies and Fro-​Yo. I have loved TCBY since I was a teenager and cant get enough of the White Choc Mousse. Get a cup of TCBY Frozen Yogurt and add a warm Choc Chip cookie on top… THIS IS A PAIR NOT TO BE MESSED WITH!!! The service is fantastic too.

I stopped in here after a trying day of running errands and was greeted by a newly spruced up TBCY Mrs. Fields location. Having passed by when the renovation was taking place, I was eagerly awaiting the unveiling. The space itself is bright and clean and the counter staff could not have been more pleasant, even proffering samples of the self-​serve fro-​yo. I ended up buying after I tried, and was pleased with my selection of the white chocolate and original tart flavors. The price per ounce is fair, and I appreciated that this exists as another self-​serve option, and a convenient one to boot. I can see myself frequenting this place all too often, so might have to plan my route strategically so that this can be a once-​in-​a-​while indulgence and not a weekly (or daily!) addiction.

The employees do not want to be here. When I worked in fast food, I at least pretended that I like customers. The employee we had looked bored out of his mind and never smiled. BUT– he did give us a discount for the heck of it, which was cool. He didn’t seem to care about anything — customers, his job, or the business.
The cookies were good. After all, they’re cookies. Even if they’re bad cookies, they’re still kind of good.

Well after being graciously contacted by the manager and offered a 75.00 voucher to give it another try… We did !!! Much nicer employee greeted us and delivered the cookie we ordered !!! Thanks Mr. Patel we will be back !!!

Horrible horrible horrible costumer service. The African American woman with the glasses and half blond hair was just ignorant and ghetto. She had a major attitude and seemed liked she didn’t feel like working. She was very rude. With an attitude like that working in customer service this business won’t last very long. I hope she gets replaced soon! Cookies were great but she needs some class and training. Take that trashy behavior to the south side, this is downtown if she didn’t notice!!!

One time I had a dream that a team of Redd Foxxes dressed up as women were serving me cookies while cracking one liners, giving me a hard time and laughing at my jokes. It was to the point that the baked goods were just a secondary point to the stellar comedy performance that worked on so many levels.
It wasn’t until later that I realized that it wasn’t a dream but a trip to the best Mrs. Fields on earth.
Well, done ladies.

The employees working here are what stop me from giving five stars. They were not happy and didn’t appear to want to be at work. The cookies were fantastic though. I’m sure that they are not good for your health, but they are good for your soul. Also, this place is conveniently located close to all CTA train lines and many bus routes.

Ok, so, the African American woman here is such a sweety pie.
Now on to the cookies… they were OK. For me they just… idk… weren’t the best cookies.
Coffee was mediocre. They earned these stars because of the sweety at the counter.
I may go back and try a different cookie, but the chocolate chip was one way too chocolate-​y (unbalanaced) & the white chocolate macadamia nut was just. idk. I’ve had better.

It’s very easy for cupcake purveyors to put out a disappointing product.
It’s not so easy for cookie purveyors to do the same in my experience.
Mrs. Fields is the grandmama of cookie purveyors in the area. Actually, Mrs. Fields might very well be the Eve of all cookie shops worldwide.
So what is Mrs. Fields? For me, it’s simply chocolate chip, sugar butter and cinnamon sugar cookies; I’m allergic to nuts both literally and figuratively.
The verdict? Mrs. Fields makes their cookies the way I like my women: soft, sweet and delicious. If you’re lucky, you can get both hot or at least lukewarm.
Lastly, if you buy three cookies, they throw in the fourth one for free. Behave. The only way to improve upon the cookies and the bonus would be to throw in a beater. One can dream.

The brownie fudge with nuts was delicious as also the oatmeal cookie. Mmm, and the white chocolate chip is my favourite !
I’ve been there twice and service was each time good. The lady behind the counter was really helpful as i wanted some gift cookie boxes to take back to Europe. Mrs Fields cookies are yum !

I’ve never been so irritated while buying delicious cookies before!
I came in with a Groupon Now and I guess that means you don’t have to treat your customer as nice. I had 3 employees telling me the Groupon was good for different things. They seemed confused about the deal, honestly and were confusing me. I had to pay the tax and instead of asking me politely or saying excuse me to get my attention, the cashier just waved at me like I was an idiot and a huge inconvenience to her.
Not a good experience in terms of customer service at all! I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Last night, on a whim, I decided to pick up cookies for my open knit night. My open knit night usually consists of eating lots of delicious sugary treats like scones and washing it down with some wine. Add knitting, yarn, and great conversation, then you’ve got my typical Wednesday night.
So, I stopped into Mrs. Fields before hopping on the El to my sugary, yarny fun time. I hadn’t been to one of these in awhile. The staff was less than friendly and kept on yelling if you’re ready. No, I’m not ready because you gave me two minutes to decide my cookie loot. The division of cookies and other treats was a little weird add to it that they have the nut cookies next to the non nut ones. Definitely not allergy friendly here. So, I managed to pick some sugar cookies with M&M’s, semi-​sweet chocolate chip ones, and a couple of peanut butter ones. The person behind the counter had me totally confused as to how many I actually ordered. When she said that I had a dozen, I just wanted out of there. I paid and here’s where it’s said. For a dozen cookies, it cost me over $ 20. I chose Mrs. Fields thinking that it would be cheaper than the cupcake bakery minis down the street. Well, I was wrong on that one. In a couple of weeks, it’s going to cupcake minis for my knitting friends with less damage to the pocketbook.
Otherwise, the cookies were tasty and delicious. They just weren’t worth the rude staff behind the counter and the prices. I’ll take designer cuppies over this place any day.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I stopped in to pick up some cookies for a small dinner party and the girl behind the counter was a *!TCH with a CAPITAL B. When I asked her if there was a box to put the cookies in she said no. When I turned around to leave, I noticed that there was an entire table of empty boxes and empty plastic containers! But, she said no boxes. I asked her how much the plastic container was (seriously, this was like a miniature sand pal with a lid) and she said it was $ 5 with nothing in it. WTF??? As much as I like the cookies, the experience was so bad I would never ever go back there to buy cookies. I can get cookies that taste just as good at Whole Foods.

As a kid this was the highlight of the mall for me, and as an adult, lagging behind my now-​ex-​girlfriend on her frequent mall trips, it was a not-​infrequent impulse buy. Lately, though, it seemed like the So Cal mall locations were taking too many shortcuts, as I oftentimes tasted a cookie that hadn’t even been fully cooked. I know people are big on the cookie dough thing, but an actual cookie should taste like a cookie, not an amalgamation of chunks from cookie dough ice cream.
I mention this because the cookies I had at this location seemed more like what I remember from the good old days. I don’t know if they are actually cooking them better with regularity or if I just got them at the right time, so I’ll have to update in the future (if I’m in the area, this will definitely happen).

The smell is what will lure you in. The selection and variety of cookies inside is what will keep you in.
The only thing about Mrs. Fields cookies is that they MUST BE FRESH. They have an incredibly small shelf-​life. Waiting a day to consume will leave you with cookies that are incredibly lackluster and do not do this place justice. Even a few hours in the cold will drop them to a status that is far less palatable.
Of course, this is assuming you haven’t consumed your cookie before you’ve even had a chance to leave the store… Which has happened. Several times. It made me miss the Mrs. Fields located in the mall that was a few blocks from my home back in California. Nothing beats a huge wedge of cookie cake and making fun of «sk8er boiz» and anyone in general who walks out of a Hollister store with a purchase bag.
Yes — the cookie cake. A marvelous creation that needs to be tried at least once (while fresh, of course). Once you’ve had one, it makes most cakes out there seem dull by comparison. I’ve bitten into many a bland standard cake and wished it had been a cookie cake instead. Fewer times have I said this when facing an ice-​cream cake — but imagine the ice-​cream on a cookie cake. That’s right. Just imagine it.
Now go get a Mrs. Fields cookie cake! And ice cream! (Or at least some milk.)
