This store is amazing. The staff there are just fantastic. They helped me find what I was looking for and were very friendly and funny. I totally recommend this store for anyone who wants to buy Vera Bradley. The customer service is worth going to the tourist-​filled mall.

I broke a clasp for the wristlet i was using, went to the store easy exchange. Renee was the person who helped me and even got me a bottle of water. They have excellent customer service, which makes a buyer want to go back.

I was introduced to Vera Bradley this Christmas and absolutely LOVED coming into the store! I wasn’t aware they had them in my state until I asked the cashier. The designs are really cute and their stuff is hard to ignore! The customer service I received was outstanding, someone was there to help me and even saved me money by adding me to their e-​mail list and was able to use my birthday gift for my already discounted item. I am also obsessed with their luggage! I will say their stuff is a little pricey but definitely a cute gift or nice treat for yourself!

I have been to this Vera Bradley store now on two occasions, both for Christmas gifts. The service that I’ve received in the past two years has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful and seem genuinely interested– even in a mall filled with tourists (no easy feat).
It’s not easy for a guy to walk into a purse store and pick out the best purse and the staff here assists in showing you top sellers, and popular prints… last year my efforts were very successful and I know this year will be too. The staff here makes buying a purse for mom a walk in the park.
