I was coming to return the grey matter kit i had purchased and the employee or manager that helped me out was extremely insulting. This employee’s rudeness would have been whatever, but when I returned the box, completely unopened and untouched, and told him as much, he refused to believe me and asked another employee to open the box to make sure everything was inside. Even the other employee was confused by this request. I understand that people try those sorts of things all the time, but when there is zero evidence of anything being opened, it is poor form to still essentially accuse someone of doing so. This, combined with the rudeness, was enough to make me write the review. When looking to purchase, the people are pretty friendly, and this will unlikely change anything, but it was unfortunate that their helpfulness and kindness only extends to the purchase of products.

I love this store. I want two or three of everything in the store. The employees are super helpful. But this store is a closet. It is tiny. And it is always packed. There are times when I walk by and think about going in, but I just cant with how many people are in there. I dont have a sense of when their«slow» hours are. I just wish this could be a bigger store.

So much yes happening in this place. Not only are these toys entertaining but good for stretching the mind and imagination. I wish I had had these games/toys when I was a kid! So happy I get to enjoy them as an adult!

The perfect store for the Husbeast! if you need something to challenge your brain, you will find it at this store! The staff is amazingly helpful and they encourage you to play with the demo models. They will even engage you with the trivia games that are around. I absolutely wish this was closer because OMG! The different styles of Rubick’s Cubes they have astounded me! LOVE this store LOVELOVELOVE.

The gentleman working the morning I went in there was incredibly friendly and helpful! He asked about the ages of who I was shopping for and showed me many ideas for gifts. When I said I was looking for souvenirs and space was an issue because I was flying he told me that they offer free shipping! That sold me! Picked up a game for each of my loves at home and they arrived within the week. His suggestions were spot on… my family has been playing them every day since they’ve arrived. I wish we lived closer because it was a fun little store with great customer service!

My 13 year old son and 2 year old daughter loves this store! During this holiday season, stop by Marbles. They will have something for everybody on your Christmas list. Not only is the quality of the product excellent, they are mentally and physically good for you. For a fun family time, try out spot it! We never go on vacation without it. We also love square up, goodminton, ogosport disk, shoot the moon, word a round and smart mouth. If you’re not sure how a game works, just ask the customer service rep. They are very friendly and happy to help. I have never encountered a crabby or unhelpful worker at Marbles.

I had the most fun here than I’ve had in a store in a very long time. I could spend hours walking around the store, talking(or playing board games) with the staff, shooting ‘braindrops’ via catapult at other pedestrians and more.

The store and the staff that I encountered(Wednesday 2⁄26 @ 10am) are both fantastic. There is simply so much to explore and interact with here. I went in with no intention to purchase anything and left happily spending almost $ 100. I wish I could have purchased 80% of the items in stock. They have everything for young children to adults. I eagerly await this fantastic store’s expansion to more locations nationwide. Great for gifts & inspiration.

I absolutely love this store! I came to this store looking for games to play with my family on Thanksgiving. You know, the type that doesn’t involve a joystick, the internet and me getting dizzy. What I loved about it instantly were that the employees were not behind a counter and the games all in display cases. The games were out on display and the employees were eagerly demonstrating them all. And the store was packed with kids of my niece and nephews ages. My niece and nephews are avid readers and I found several games including Idiom Addict that were a hit. I was the life of the party. Can’t wait to go back.

My son and I love this store. They have the coolest games. They put them out on display so that you can really see them and try them. The employees are usually happy to show you any game and they will actually play with you so that you can experience the game before buying it. We’ve bought several games here already. Some of these games may look quite simple at first glance, but really make you think and strategize before moving that next piece. I love that my son loves that! If I had one wish for this store… it’s that it would be bigger. It can get really difficult to move around on a crowded day. Otherwise, two thumbs up!

This is a really cool store. I could easily spend some serious money buying stuff for myself, family and friends. They’ve got a lot of different games to exercise the old noodle for all ages. From games to brain teasers to puzzles they have a nice selection to choose froml. I purchased this board game called QUORIDOR(… yeah … that’s how its spelled) and was told details about the game by a friendly staff member that wasn’t annoying and trying to get you to try everything in the store in hopes that you buy something. I will definitely be coming back to this store the next time i’m in the water tower.

What a great concept for a store! I was browsing my way down the Magnificent Mile and came across this store. They have games, puzzles and educational computer software, all designed to test the gray matter. Divided into areas testing specific areas and abilities, there’s an explanation with each product and an opportunity to try most of them out. The staff are friendly and not at all intimidating even though they look like they might thrash you at any of the games. Sadly, weight restrictions meant no purchases were possible but I so wish we had a store like this back in London
