We work with placing families in housing (short-​term and long-​term) and Matt, along with his team, is top notch when it comes to customer service! They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and very eager to make sure our clients are well take care of.
The property is well taken care of, fully furnished, and there is someone available at any time to make sure things go smoothly. We have placed several families at this property and every one has loved it. V-​Suites is our #1 choice in housing placements!

I worked with Matt to secure a short tem rental for my parents when they were in town in August. He was extremely accomodating to our needs, and exceeded our expectations on a very short notice. My parents stayed in a studio in Randolph Tower; which was the best location for them. The building is beautiful and they had no problems with check in, customer service, or using the amenities. Their room was clean and up-​to-​date. I hightly recommend V-​Suites to anyone who needs at short or longer stay rental.

We work with V-​Suites quite often for insurance relocations. They are swift to find properties, get our required paperwork taken care of and provide excellent service to our families. The entire office is on board and communicates the expectations at the onset. The properties they provide are clean with quality amenities.

Vsuites is fine. they are professional etc. However, be warned that some of the apartments are right next to the L and you will hear them all night, every night. We rented a place on the 11th floor for a month and we could never got used to it. And it’s not just the roar of the train… You can hear the automated announcements loud and clear. Imagine this over and over and over…
The kitchen table leg also kept falling off, some of the plug sockets didn’t work and one lamp was broken (maybe burnt lightbulb).

If you’re looking for a short-​term or even longer term furnished place in Chicago, I would highly recommend V Suites. Their apartments are in great locations, close to public transit, restaurants, nightlife, etc. They’ll listen to what your specific needs are, and find you a place that works best for you… not just whatever place they may have available.
The team does a great job of making sure you feel at home, which isn’t always easy in a new city.

V Suites offers subpar apartments at 3x the market rate. Ultimately you’ll only waste 2 minutes if you try to go through them, but it’s almost insulting to your intelligence to do so.
Also, per the review below, they apparently need to artificially inflate their reputation online. Matt T is their head salesman who I had the displeasure of working with.
