History

Established in 2014.

Pinnacle Furnished Suites was created as a spin off of Chicagoland Property Group (première Chicago brokerage) and Bengley Investments (property management and investment company). Market research and general real estate knowledge gained from these companies showed that there was a gap in the corporate housing industry. Prices were astronomical and did not align with quality and sevice expectations for the associated costs. This realization led to the creation of PFSuites, where a higher quality product and guest experience can be provided for a more affordable rate.

I grew up in small town Illinois (Orion!) and received a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. After a very successful 7 years working for Sargent & Lundy designing modifications for Nuclear Power Plants, I took the full plunge to support and run this growing corporate housing company, Pinnacle Furnished Suites, and Chicago brokerage, Chicagoland Property Group.

Let’s face it. The real estate industry and sub-​industries are archaic, slow, and ridden with hidden fees. Pinnacle Furnished Suites was created as a fix to these issues. Everything from lease execution to payment options are done smoothly, electronically, quickly, and easily. All fees are disclosed up front, and there are never any usage caps or surprises. We take pride in maintaining personal relationships with our clients and always being available for questions or issues. We aim to impress, and think we’re doing a fantastic job doing that so far!
