Tribe is a community of holistic healthcare practitioners and educators. We offer many types of Massage Therapy & Bodywork, Reiki, EFT/​Tapping, Yoga Therapy, QiGong and health education classes.

History

Established in 2013.

Owners Cari & Ellen are both Massage Therapists & educators and have been friends and co-​workers for close to 10 years. Their combined vision was to create a community for Holistic Healers and Educators that provides support services to assist practitioners in building a private practice, so that they can focus their efforts on what they enjoy the most: treating their clients & patients.

By providing a safe and professional environment for practitioners, clients & educators, Cari & Ellen hope to bring more natural and self healing practices into the mainstream.

So grateful to find Jen Napoli here. She does amazing work with standard Swedish massage, as well as her specialty, shiatsu. She really cares about giving appropriate pressure and specific treatments to her clients, whichever modality she is using. She is always on time for her appointments, and she makes sure each client gets his/​her full time. There are no shortcuts here, like you get with the massage chains. On top of all her therapeutic skills, she is a genuinely nice person. Seeing her is always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Madge Lockwood’s massage works miracles. She performed multiple modalities on my aching body. First lymph drainage: a soft relaxing massage which quickly put me to sleep. On my injured shoulder she had a special procedure to break up scar tissue. One treatment and what had been sore for years felt good as new!
She’s attentive and always on time. Her practice is giving your body real medicine.
She is a true healer. I cannot describe in words the mental and emotional transformation
that took place after a few sessions of working with her. TREMENDOUS!

This place is AMAZING!!! I went to an EFT (tapping) group therapy on cravings and Jeanne was the instructor. She had a wonderful way of teaching tapping to the group and I truly found the therapy technique effective in «conquering a craving.» She is very passionate about this technique, is extremely relatable and has a calm demeanor that is contagious (in a good way!). I enjoyed this presentation/​technique so much that she came to my work to share with the rest of my department of social workers. I would highly recommend Tribe and especially recommend Jeanne. I would definitely refer others to Tribe and plan to check out all the services they have to offer!

Highly recommended! I was hurting when I came to Tribe for my first massage with Erin. By the time I left, I felt much better and was completely healed a few days later. I’ve decided to schedule regular massages to keep myself healthy this winter. Erin is calm and soft-​spoken, and she can give a powerful massage. The myofascial work was new to me, but seems very effective. I’m intrigued by the healing and learning philosophy at Tribe and want to explore classes there. Clean and beautiful atmosphere.

I followed my wonderful massage therapist, Jen Napoli, when she moved to Tribe. The calm, clean and comfortable atmosphere puts one in the right mindset and Jen’s shiatsu expertise left me feeling healthier and walking better.

A wonderful experience here. I like the healing approach to massage (as opposed to spa treatment). Massage is a way to maintain one’s health and at Tribe, they don’t expect large tips (like spas do). They would prefer you get regular massages for health purposes than engage in tipping. That philosophy makes sense to me.

Although it was Angie’s awesome healing, wonderful massage skills that brought me here. The whole Tribe atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, warm, and tranquil. It is conveniently located for even an out of towner to find!
