They are snobbish and cold, not warm or helpful. Then they tried to swap out, tricking me into buying something different than I had asked for without telling me. I will not be back

The customer service/​sales staff here is the best! Not only do they know their products inside & out, but they will work with you to achieve the look you want on the budget you have. This showroom carries everything from high-​end exclusive tile to more cost-​effective choices. The sales staff really do become part of the design process with you, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and they make the entire process from selection to purchasing really pleasant.
What I like the best is that they sell to both regular folks who have small projects as well as designers who have multiple clients — and they don’t treat either buyer differently. This is a great place for homeowners looking to add something special to their home and meet sales staff who will treat you well and be as excited about your project as you are.
I disagree with the review that called The Tile Gallery expensive; they have numerous options that are very competitive price-​wise, and the sales staff is great at finding you alternative options in your price-​range even if you do fall in love with something a little too expensive for your project. I recommend this place 100%!

I walk by here often and finally went in when I couldnt find a accent tile I liked online anywhere. They had an amazing selection and very helpful sales people. Prices are far from cheap (accent tile for 50+/sf and regular porcelain tile for approx 7/​sf) so if you’re not absolutely in love with something they hold exclusively, shop around.

Many beautiful samples of exotic tiles. Be careful which sales person you get to help you. Some are not knowledgable at all. I asked if a particular tile came in any other colors. She looked it up on the computer and then said no it did not. Later while looking up another tile in a catalog, the first tile showed up. It obviously came in other colors but she didn’t even recognize that it was the same tile I was asking about previously. Didn’t talk to anyone else in the store. $$$$
