History

Established in 2007.

In a way the Morgan Homes Groups is a branch of Morgan Homes Inc. in Kansas City, whose owner also happens to be my father. A builder and real estate age, I worked for him from 1991 up until 2000. The job description would have included anything from scraping drywall mud to completing punch-​list items. When 2000 rolled around I aided him in his first development and I was able to gain invaluable experience working with buyers, sellers, inspectors, running crews, laying sod, anything you could imagine. Through the experience I learned the value of customer service and the importance of building a product and brand you’re proud to put your name behind.
