«Put the clients’ interest first. It’s a simple principle but not every real estate agent gets it. I do not pressure you to buy before you are ready, drag you to see homes that have none of the attributes you desire nor do I encourage you to accept an offer just to get it sold. Instead, I utilize my experience to insure that my client’s decision is economically sound, insight to help them find exactly what they are looking for and my communication skills to make the entire process pleasurable.

Meet the Business Owner
Jason Shaw W.
Business Owner
Jason was born into the real estate business. His father, a real estate agent, has always owned a number of rental properties. When Jason was a child, he spent many weekends with his father cleaning out rain gutters, patching holes in walls and learning all aspects of managing investment properties. Even though it seemed like fun at the time, Jason had no idea what a competitive advantage that would prove to be years later in his profession.
While it is no surprise that growing up in that environment resulted in an early education of the real estate market, Jason realizes that market knowledge is only a small part of his job. Equally important is transforming a stressful transaction into a positive experience for his clients.
When Jason is not working, he can he often be found at Wrigley Field commiserating with other Cubs fans. He and his wife Cherie enjoy dining at canine-friendly restaurants with their two dogs, Peanut and Dewey
