I made my reservation Jan 27th for my March 11 trip. I was never given a rceipt. They said they where going to mail it. I called 2 weeks later they said the trip was scheduled and they would send it out. I called 2 days before my trip and was told everything was fine for 5 a AM pick up on 11th. At 11 Pm on 9th I was called and told they would not come out. I talked to the dispatcher MGR named Charles. He said I was 4 miles out from the normal pick up area. He said they could not got to me anyway nor was he sory. about it. Charles was rude and swore at me. I was told I would get a redund when they got to it. Now I am stuck less 24 hours to get money and find another way to the airport. I have used this service many times before. The fact I am a returning customer did not seem to matter to them at all. How they can do business this way is puzzling. I would never use them again nor would I refer them to my worst enemy The fact that they where so rude and it was nothing I did wrong that makes me mad. Anyone who gets a call at 11 at night and get swore at would be upset. I did call back and they said that I would get a fefund inabout 10 days. I would say if i had to guess this guy was drunk that is only other thing I can compare it to. THEYALLNEEDANGERMGMTANDCUSTOMERSERVICETRAINING.

Great if you want to be picked up at 2AM for a 7AM flight, only to wait in a creepy desolate airport until it opens. Not to mention the excellent shocks. Nothing jolts you awake like a morning roller coaster!
