As a person who is very, very picky about who/​what I invest my hard-​earned dollars in, I took my time when it came to finding a new insurance agent. What is it about Ms. Hines that made me choose her agency to handle my needs? She’s extremely personable… and PATIENT! I’m sure I tested that patience with my many, many questions.
I had so many questions about so many things and she handled them all with knowledge and with charm!

Dawn Hines and her team are awesome! My son had an accident in my car. I called Dawn and she provided prompt professional service. She had the tow truck onsite within 20 minutes. She called several times to make sure my son was ok and that the car was being transported as soon as possible. Dawn also made the arrangements herself for me to get a rental. She kept in contact with me from beginning to end to ensure that all went well. I have recommended Dawn and her agency to others and they are all now satisfied customers as I am.
