Private and semi-​private classical Pilates lessons taught on Gratz equipment; the exercises Joe Pilates developed on the equipment that he designed. Extensive experience with clients recovering from shoulder, knee, hip, and back surgery and clients living with the aches and weakness from scoliosis. For athletes, we provide a balanced workout to complement your primary activity.

This is a fully equipped studio and clients work on the mat, reformer, cadillac (or tower), high chair, and wunda chair.

History

Established in 2006.

After being a Pilates client for 11 years, I decided to leave the corporate world and become a full-​time trainer. It was an opportunity to help others the way my own trainers had helped me.
