Established in 1977.

Owned by Tim Kelley for over 30 years, The Great Frame Up on Higgins Avenue provides custom picture framing and advice for people on all budgets. We have moved away from the «do-​it-​yourself» model in favor of providing more options and in-​depth framing techniques. We are glad to have been a part of this Northwest Chicago community and to consistently provide the best framing services in the area.

I’ve been framing since I was 16 years old. With 11 years of experience, I really enjoy unusual and unexpected projects. We are really excited when a challenge is presented to us… don’t be afraid to bring us anything!
