HORRIBLE! The most unprofessional service i ever experienced. They charged for 3 hours & worked only 2 refusing to return or reimburse the money charged for the 3^rd & last hour. UNACCEPTABLE & the last time i hope anyone uses this poor excuse for a car service company. Disgusted with the whole experience. They are overpriced and underskilled in how to deal with proper customer service. Never again.

WORSE Limo company ever, sure the cars are clean and nice but you can get that anywhere. The company over charges for EVERYTHING. I have been booking car services for years and NEVER seen charges like they tack on. They DO not put prices in their confirmations and DO not email you receipts unless you call back and ask. They also screw up the pricing ALL the time. When they say FLAT RATE they mean that PLUS 5 other additional charges. They also don’t do airport rates unless you beg — they will automatically charge you two hours minimum PLUS all fees. They are a ridiculous company that we will NEVER use again.
You can get much better prices with almost anyone.

I called them and told them I needed two limos for a pickup dropoff. I didn’t tell them it was for my wedding. I got a quote of $ 122 per limo which included tax and tip. I actually confirmed and made a few changes over email. They picked us up right on time, no confusion about pickup/​dropoff addresses, price was reasonable for 2 stretch limos, and the limos were very nice, clean, and fun.
No frills, no BS… just a good limo service to get you where you need to be on your big day.

I can’t say anything good about this company. They give you no information, then change their tune every time you call. And they don’t seem to know how to call their drivers to confirm a few facts so they can accurately charge you.
Let me take you back a few weeks…
We didn’t need a huge limo to get us from our reception hall to our rental downtown after our wedding. So we looked into a car service figuring it was cheaper. Since it was a measly 15 miles of driving, we figured the enforced 2 hour minimum would be enough time to make the drive at midnight. We were right, until we checked our credit card bill.
We were charged 3 times the amount they quoted us over the phone. I guess we should have known better than to take their word but our other option was to fax not only our credit card information but also a copy of our driver’s license (with all the information to steal an identity) to some number — SHADY. They may get away with the outrageous charge this time (what with the no documentation they gave us), but don’t let them screw you.
Call even one of the 3 star places before this place.

I was quoted one price on the phone, a charge more than twice that posted to my account a few days later, I had to issue a stop payment, the company was not apologetic, explained that they were only holding that amount and would release some of it later– BUT– still tried to ultimately charge me more than quoted plus tax. Eventually they agreed to charge me the price quoted— begrudgingly and only when I threatened to keep the stop payment in place. AND, now I have to pay my bank 30 dollars for the stop payment order.
AND– I was talking to the manager of the business.
Check your card statements and think twice before doing business with these people. There are less expensive and more reliable services out there.
