History

Established in 2007.

The Aspen Center is a boutique group practice providing individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy.

We offer a personalized approach that focuses on individualism, partnership, respect, and education, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. We see you as a «whole person,» recognizing that your symptoms represent only part of the picture. We work with you to understand what might be out of balance in your life, then develop strategies to find balance and promote well-being.

At The Aspen Center, you can expect an environment that conveys a sense of warmth, comfort, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We are conveniently located in Chicago’s historic 30 North Michigan Avenue Building, with hours to suit busy schedules.
