Reasonable rates, dependable, personable. They’re our catsitting service. So glad we found them!

I love S’wooft! We started using them about 6 weeks ago and they’ve been so great and accommodating. We gave them short notice initially and they were still able to start us up right away with a walker. I know that my dogs are in good hands and are also getting lots of love and attention. They’re also great about reinforcing the commands we use while with the dogs. Definitely recommend them!

We’ve been clients for daily dog walks since the beginning of January. Sarah, the owner, is very responsive and organized. I love that there isn’t a revolving door of dog walkers coming through our house. So far it’s been the same person maybe with the exception for one day. When that happens Sarah gives you a heads up which I appreciate. Lys, our dog walker, is fabulous! She leaves the funniest notes letting us know how the walk and playtime with our little guy went. We are happy we found S’wooft and know our dog is in good hands while we are at work.

I’m absolutely and 100% over-​joyed with this company. My pup can be a handful and skittish, but he LOVES them! I get a note after every walk to let me know how it went and what they did during the visit. I couldn’t be happier! This is definitely the company to trust with your pets!

We absolutely lucked out with finding S’wooft! About two months ago I was needing cat care for our two little fur babies within less than a week’s notice (before Thanksgiving). I called and e-​mailed around 10 different places and either didn’t hear back, or lived outside of their locations offered (Lincoln Square area). Sarah, the owner, was the first to actually answer my call and was so sweet and helpful. We are a little bit of crazy cat parents, so I was thrilled that they required an initial consultation to meet the kitties and go over details of upkeep.
We have one long hair Persian who is very high maintenance and it is so nice to have her brushed daily and her eyes cleaned while we are away.
We just had them watched again for almost 10 days and we are just as happy with the service we received! Plus, extra hair on the rug and floor is picked up before we get home, AND most importantly we get picture updates.
I would absolutely recommend their services!

S’wooft has been a godsend for us! We first used their services last May and were admittedly a little later to schedule than we would have liked. Sarah got back to us very quickly and scheduled an in-​home «get to know you» consult with Misty, who would be caring for our (at the time one) cat while we were out of town. I had to cancel the scheduled consult when my doctor sent me to the emergency room, and Sarah and Misty graciously rescheduled without any trouble.
We’ve used them several times since, one being an emergency trip out of state for a family funeral. We had a newer cat who was on medication at the time, and S’wooft was so easy to schedule (even at the absolute last minute), and so sympathetic to my situation. It was huge relief to know that my babies were in the best of hands. S’wooft has always been there when we needed them, and has always been kind, professional, and given our kitties the best care possible.
Our cats LOVE Misty and Sarah! I have only positive things to say about S’wooft, and look forward to the daily updates I get when we’re away. Perhaps the best picture in existence of our female cat was taken by Sarah while we were at the aforementioned funeral – definitely a bright spot for us and a photo I cherish. I will definitely be continuing to use S’wooft for as long as we’re in one of the neighborhoods they service!

I cannot even begin to express how excited our family is about S’wooft! Sarah, the owner, and one of her walkers, Elysabeth came for the initial consult. They were both professional and experienced; I hung on every word since we’re new to this wonderful service. I liked them immediately. Our concern was our big dog and thought this 145 Rottweiler beast might ruin this for us all. Gordon came running in with nubby tail wagging and took to both girls just like I did! Needless to say, Elysabeth comes to walk our 3 dogs, 2x/​week. We couldn’t be happier after even only 3 weeks! Having a SUPER BUSY household with twins in grade school, a toddler and both my husband and I working full time, giving our first fur babies the attention they very much need and the time for walks was quickly put on the back burner. I only wish we would have found S’wooft sooner! Sarah and her staff are all wonderful — she puts her customers first, responds to texts/​calls/​messages almost immediately and very good at what she does! This girl is on fire! So glad we found S’wooft!

Love S’wooft. Moved into the neighbor hood just this year and they have been taking of all our fur babies. They are full service and I not only trust them with my pets but my house! I wouldn’t hesitate to use S’wooft!

We are grateful to S’wooft for the excellent care they provided for our cat Higgins during a recent vacation. It’s wonderful to have a professional pet care option in our area! The owner of the business, and her associate who cared for Higgins, were both very courteous — and genuinely care about animals.
Our cat is getting older, and requires medication twice a day. We met with S’wooft, and went over her schedule — and how to care for her, during their two visits a day. The entry /​consultation form was very helpful, and collected all of the necessary information — so we could discuss the details during our face-​to-​face meeting. I thought the price was very reasonable for the high level of service provided.
S’wooft took excellent care of Higgins — and she was relaxed, happy, and healthy when we returned! Thanks S’wooft — we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Cannot say enough good things about S’wooft! Sarah is great with cancelations being ok when our pup goes to doggie day care on last minute notice. Marisol, who actually walks our pup, is an angel!!! Our Hyper Hound (aka Wrigley) LOVES her so much it’s a hoot to watch when Marisol arrives, Wrigley practically falls over with joy. Not only that, but Marisol has worked with The Hyper Hound to teach her commands like the all important «calm». To top that off, Marisol will even play with Wrigley in the back yard before leaving for her next walk. S’wooft goes beyond dog walking and well into dog loving with a bonus of a walk.

A trusted cat sitter isn’t something I had to worry about for a very long time, until we recently moved closer to the city. Having a week before we left for vacation, and not having someone lined up, I was a bit panicky. Thank God I found S’wooft. Sarah was great about contacting me back and answering all my questions. Sarah and Tim even agreed to meet us and our cat early on a Saturday morning to provide keys and to introduce our cat to them, since our schedule was so booked that week. Both Sarah and Tim took the time to learn about a few of the nuances of our cat, and I left for vacation feeling very good about leaving him in caring hands.
Tim went above and beyond by texting me photos of our cat periodically with short updates on how he was interacting with him. He even saw a potential problem inside the house and corrected it for us. When we returned home, all of our mail was brought in and our cat was in good spirits. Tim even watered our houseplants for us.
As an animal lover, having peace of mind that your family pet/​s are OK while you’re gone is priceless. I’m so glad I found S’wooft here on Unilocal,and I will definitely use them again when we have to be away from home.

S’wooft to the rescue! I contacted Sarah because my neighbor/​walker moved so needed a quick solution to provide my best buddy some exercise and stimulation during the day. She got back to me within an hour and set up everything lickety split. I couldn’t be happier with the organization, the professionalism, and the awesome walker, Misty. Both ladies really care immensely about Boomer and I know he’s in great hands. I look forward to Misty’s awesome notes each day. Very affordable, S’wooft is a must. I

this new service is the best thing that recently happended to myself and my dog, Cornelius. we met Sara, she came to our house for the meet and greet along with the girl that was going to be our walker. very fun as well as educated and professional. she has been so good to us, swooft i awesome and we’d recommend it ti anyone we know. swooft is so hands on, flexible and caring. when C got sick, Sara would call and text for updates on C. when he needed extra care, they were there. Our walker is fantastic and love C. i am really, really happy we have found Swooft!!!

I was a bit cautious about using a company that’s so new, but S’wooft has been great so far ! Sarah has had great turnaround time for scheduling our consulation and walks including schedule changes. We have an energetic pitbull and Misty (walker) hasn’t has any problems. She’s been working with animals for a long time and also works at a shelter so I’m able to trust herewith my dog. The website isn’t up yet but the mobile alphas been helpful… highly recommend them !

Very professional, incredibly quick response! LOVE the mobile app, makes it simple and user-​friendly! Misty was incredibly sweet and I could tell right away she is someone I could trust my furry baby with! :) HIGHLY recommend S’wooft to anyone who believes their pets are also family. :)
