I had a bad experience with this business. After looking forever for a pet sitting company, I thought I finally hit the jackpot but I was soon to find out I was mistaken. After numerous emails back and forth, I finally set up an appoitment for a consultation only to be stood up. After awhile I called and after apology accpeted I thought ok, things happen it will be fine. Three weeks later now, never recieved a phone call back telling me if they were available to pet sit or not. Very disappointed and all my time was wasted.

If I could give Sinead a hundred stars, I would! What an amazing service she offers. We went out of town for a week, Sinead and Loren came over to my house 3 times a day. They fed my dogs, cats and fish, took my 2 dogs on a daily walk, scooped my stinky cat litter, and gave everyone a ton of lovin! They texted me everyday, sometimes with pictures of my babies. They even brought my mail in!!! All at an unbelievable price!!! I would kiss Sinead and Loren if they were in front of me… so would my dog, Giga :)
HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
I cannot say enough about how amazing they are!

The owner, Sinead, took over walking my dog after a month of her employee, Nicki, walking my dog.
Nothing wrong with Sinead, but I truly, truly believe that Nicki was pulling my dog along to the point that now my dog has developed hypothyroidism — which one of the ways to develop this ailment is by leash pulling.
I saw her do it a couple times and told her each time not to pull the leash. Little did I know it would lead to my dog getting hurt.

I called last minute after another company turned down my request for services due to my dogs breed (and short notice they say but they were very clear they woukdnt work with pits… sick) They were close by and the website looked great! I got ahold of the owner Sinead by phone and she was able to accommodate my needs and schedule and meet and greet the next day for services a day later… what great services. I look forward to working with her and her team!!!

They took great care of my 17-​year old cat while I was gone for a week. She was much calmer and in better spirits when I came home than in the past; she hates being alone. I received text message/​pic updates regularly, which was very reassuring.
I found Suburban Dog Walkers online, and after meeting the sitter, I felt very comfortable turning over house keys and my cat to her. She seemed genuinely concerned about my pet. She even got my crabby cat to let her brush her! The forms I filled out were very thorough, asking for vet/​emergency info and details on my cat’s needs. My cat rates them five stars!
