From our baked-from-scratch-daily buttermilk cakes to our whipped Italian buttercream to our homemade fillings, toppings, garnishes and more, we are not your average cupcake shop. Our Italian butter cream alone is incredibly unique — not too sweet, with the most perfect light & airy consistency. It starts with an egg white meringue base, then we fold in European-style butter (from Wisconsin). The sugar we add is heated to liquid so that it cooks the buttercream just slightly and also to avoid any grittiness from the sugar and keep the butter cream extra-smooth.
We also make a line of gluten-free and vegan gluten-free cupcakes — and we do it right. In fact, most people can’t tell the difference between our regular and gluten-free cupcakes! We also make gluten-free lemon bars and apple bars, plus vegan gluten-free brownies and cookies.
