Always love Chipotle. It’s always my go to place if I want a great meal that is value for money. Been assigned to work a lot in the area and I always go here. Unfortunately this is my last time as the people who are working are so rude and cheap with the serving. I didn’t as for another spoon of the meat but just a good serving. They were being stingy. As if every single customer asks for a little extra or I ask every single time. So goodbye Chipotle! I won’t be surprised if one day this location will close down.

Very Clean and the staff is nice enough, nothing above and beyond though. I ordered for pick up because there always seems to be some sort of a wait due to how close to DePaul this Chipotle is. My tacos were packaged terribly. All of the guacamole, which I paid extra for, was on one taco. None of the toppings were distributed evenly across the tacos, seems that they were just thrown into the foil that held them together. When I get Chipotle and have them assemble it in front of me, it seems to be prepared with more care. The food was good after some rearranging and the staff did their jobs. I’ve been to better Chipotles but this one is an ok option.

One of the better chipotles in the city. Always quick and courteous staff. Great food and glad to see the chain back on track! Hope the success continues!

How small can we make your burrito or bowl without you complaining I think is their motto. I regularly eat at chipotle restaurants all over the country and the portion size at this location is by far the smallest I’ve seen. My advice pick a different location.

As an avid chipotle fan and loyalist this is easily the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Horse crap service and the portions were Busch league. Go to any other food place off Lincoln… not this place!

Worst chipotle in the city. Possibly the universe. The young lady managing couldn’t manage a flipping bowl of jello. Portion sizes that couldn’t fill an infant’s stomach.

Lightest burrito bowl I’ve ever had from any chipotle. I usually go to various Chipotles and may have even gotten spoiled from the one I used to always go to. The rice and meat are almost about a half less than what I’m used to. It’s not a knock on anyone working there as they’re probably trained that way. I wouldn’t come back to this chipotle location again. They’re very stingy with their portions rice and meat wise

Disorganized service line. Bogus bogo offer — i had the original text from the offer and they wouldnt honor it, instead going with the assumption that i had mooched it off someone else. Placed an online order that wasnt ready until almost 20 min after specified pickup time

Really great Chipotle. I usually go between classes or during a break and never regret it. They don’t skim you on food and the employees have a positive attitude.

Don’t understand why they continuously close at 830 when their hours are until 10pm. They should adjust their hours or continue business operation to waste people a trip over.

The food was okay but I cannot get over how terrible the water tasted. It had a distinct smell and taste, as if there was some sort of chemical(maybe chlorine) seeping into it. Won’t return until this situation is addressed…

I also have mixed feelings about this Chipotle. The chicken is never burnt, which is kind of rare, and the rice is very citrusy and yummy. The two main downsides are how stingy they are with meat/toppings, and how AWFUL the water from the soda machine tastes. I know that doesn’t affect a lot of people, and yes, it’s free, but it tastes like sewer water. Even Taco Bell has better water. Restaurants are required by law to provide that amenity so it’s disappointing when it doesn’t taste clean — or tastes like anything at all, really. Yes, it’s Chipotle, and it will satisfy your craving, but expect it to be like most things in Lincoln Park — you’re paying for more than you’re getting.

Let me preface with I go to Chipotle on a daily basis. This Chipotle was the best Chipotle I’ve ever been do! The chicken was cooked to perfection, there a line out the door, but it only was a 3 minute wait before I was ordering. Beatriz was the one who took my order and she moved so fast and with such grace, it was quite impressive. I’m definitely gong back tomorrow and every day for the rest of my life

This Chipotle, like most is quick and easy. The food is always delicious and made to order. Located near DePaul, it has a youthful vibe — and has friendly staff. If you haven’t been to a Chiptole, what are you waiting for?

I had never experienced such horrible costumer service like at this location! They put minimum on your plate, not like in other chipotle locations! Felt like it was an order for a kid. I like chipotle food but I will not come over again to this location !

I absolutely love Chipotle and finally made my way over there to try the new tofu Sofritas I have been so patiently waiting for. They were AMAZING! For any of you fellow veg heads out there, go there NOW! The Sofritas were cooked to perfection(no soggy, nasty tofu-ness) and the seasoning and sauce on them were really good too. Spiced just enough for a person like me who loves spicy food, but would be good enough for friends who don’t like their food that spicy, but still with some flavor. If you go now and try the Sofritas, they are giving away free cards for a free Sofrita item next time you come in which is awesome! And the service here is super quick and friendly! I’ll definitely be back!

RATSRATSRATS– I love Chipotles but I ran out almost vomiting when I finished my burrito and my friend and I saw a rat walking straight up the line to the counter.

Every time I go here the food and the service are amazing. I’ve been to a few Chipotles with average tasting food or slow service, but this location is always spot on.

Trust me, I have been to many, many Chipotle’s in my time, and this particular restaurant always seems to satisfy my mouth watering desires. The employees are great and always friendly(and always add a little more oomph to my burrito bowl, if ya know what I’m sayin’). Just typing this review has made me change my mind for dinner plans tonight, Chipotle it is!

I’ve been to a handful of chipotles in the Chicagoland area and this has probably been my best experience! Food was fresh, service was friendly and fast. especially at for the noon lunch rush. I will definitely be returning soon.

I love Chipotle and this one is conveniently located in the heart of Lincoln Park. I usually order a steak burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side or steak tacos. I do hate the extra charge for guacamole so I usually get the guac and chips. Then I just scoop on the guac myself considering I usually get tacos it would be ludicrous to pay almost $ 2 for guac just on tacos so I get the chips too and that way I can share. The place is usually always very clean and the staff is pretty friendly. I have never seen it too busy. It can be pricey depending on all the extras but it is totally worth it.

My steak burrito tasted like a vegetarian burrito. It had a measly amount of steak, it was barely noticeable. Also, as another Unilocaler noted the burrito without the $ 1.80 guacamole just tastes mediocre. If you don’t get the guac, you will end up with a bland burrito. On the other hand, it’s a very chill place. It’s a very elongated layout and it’s usually empty. I’m not crazy on going back though because it sucks paying $ 10 for a burrito that isn’t that great.

This Chipotle is in Lincoln park, right in the heart of all the bars. So for those bars without food options, Chipotle makes a great alternative. The service is fast and the food is great. Just like any other Chipotle!
