Kevin was my realtor this past summer when the downturn began. He busted his ass finding me places that were in my price range and my specs. He went above and beyond what I thought a realtor should do… he never wasted my time and was as efficient as possible in lining up condos to view. In fact, I was only available on a Saturday after 5pm one weekend, and he went out with me to see homes until 8:30 at night. I fired another agent who was too lazy to do her job and kept telling me I couldn’t get what I wanted in my price range. Kevin proved her wrong, and I am now a VERY happy condo owner. I don’t know how he works with people, I just know he gets things DONE, which is what I want in a real estate agent.
