Manager

As the Managing Director of Survey Center Focus, Susan’s responsibilities include overseeing our focus group facilities, recruiting, and all related support services.

Susan values the emphasis our facility places on meeting clients’ research needs beyond their immediate objectives and expectations. Her commitment to client satisfaction has not wavered in 28 years since she began her career at Survey Center Focus as a recruiter.
