Just a typical Subway restaurant in the food court in the Thompson Building. There was no real crowds in the afternoon so service was pretty fast. Prices were not too bad for a loop restaurant. The girl put up with all my questions regarding my sandwich.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. However they are always rushed and inaccurate with orders. One major issue I noticed was they ask you what sandwich, bread, cheese and toasted or not at the same time. They always have to ask at least two of those questions a second time and or potentially mess up what you asked originally. Keep an eye on them or you’ll get something messed up. Other than that it’s pretty much a normal subway…

It’s your standard Subway sandwich — in the concourse level of the State of Illinois Building.
But they don’t take Subway coupons… WTF? And I have to pay more for a veggie sandwich than the carnivore next to me? And the service isn’t all that great.
Thanks for reminding me why I walk across the street, pay $ 1 more, and get a quality sandwich from Jimmy John’s.
