Located in the concourse of the Thompson center. Worst dunkin donuts ever. They yell at you when you’re waiting in line and have bad attitudes. Slow down, dunkin donuts. Take the time to get an order right.
Going to this location is a horrible way to start my day. I feel like I’m about to have a panic attack whenever they yell «MA’AM, MA’AM» when I’m the third person in line. Stop yelling and wait until the person is first in line to take an order. Jeez.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is located in the concourse of the Thompson Center. I’m really not a fan. I only come down to this location when it’s freezing outside (there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts located outside of the JRTC). It’s poorly located in the concourse, the line is always very long and blocks off the path to the elevators. If my regular little Indian lady doesn’t take my order my coffee ends up being wrong and disgusting. Donuts always seem to be dry and stale.
