OK, so I’m rewriting my earlier review. Past of my negative review was that my expectations were a bit high, and the one bad piece of cheese I had was a fluke. I’m eating the«taco pie» as I type this again, but it is slathered in Cholula. My wife and I have ordered SS’s food three times now for 4⁄7 days of the week. We both have very busy schedules, and this allows us to maintain a healthy diet while not needing the time to prepare the food ourselves. I would recommend their service to friends. Also, the woman at the store is quite possibly one of the nicest people on the planet. That goes a long way.

I started on the Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating over a year ago — I was a «regular» for about 7 months and after I hit my goal weight I just go on when I feel like it. That is one of the best things about this ‘program’ — which is that it’s not really a ‘program’ at all. It’s just healthy, balanced meals with your choice of 1200 or 2000 calories a day. There is no membership or obligation, you simply pay as you go. The meals are fresh(not frozen) and you pick up the first half of your week on Mondays and the 2nd half on Thursdays. If you are not able to pick up the meals they will either deliver to your door for a fee or if it’s a last minute thing(like I am prone to do) they will leave your meals at the nearby 7 Eleven which you can pick up whenever you like. The owners(of the franchise at this location) are Erin and Sylvia and they are awesome! I’ve called at the last minute to see if I can reserve a week of meals and they always oblige. The only reason I don’t rank them with 5 stars is because they are a little expensive($ 135/week) but when you consider that it’s 3 meals a day for 7 days you may find that you spend that much going out and buying groceries!
