In the ten years since Mason Awtry founded Rightsize Facility Performance, he has deftly engineered the firm’s swift evolution from office furniture liquidator to regional reseller of pre-owned cubicles to a turnkey provider of office interiors and facility services to customers throughout the U.S. Today, Mr. Awtry manages an ever-expanding team of account professionals, interior designers, project managers and inventory supervisors, overseeing the day-to-day sales, marketing and operations of the company he founded.
Since its founding, Rightsize has decommissioned more than 12.0 million square feet of commercial office space and delivered and installed product in more than 8.5 million square feet of space. Today the firm Mr. Awtry started in a spare bedroom now employs 85 professionals with annual revenue of more than $ 15.0 million.
