Honestly Print Peppermint deserves 5 Stars across the board. Not only did they have THE BEST prices that I could find (trust me, I scoured the Internet) but they also produce incredibly beautiful products and have the most wonderful customer service team.
After ordering their *free* sample package, I decided on which card I wanted and then their team quoted me at for three different options, depending which route I wanted to go. The sample packet also had a 10% off discount code that I applied toward my order.
My cards just arrived yesterday and I’m incredibly happy with them. Their customer service team worked with me every step of the way, confirming all proof details, scheduling delivery in time for an important networking event, and answering all my questions in a timely manner. And then going above and beyond to ship me extra in a rush order since my original shipment was delayed. I plan to always use this company and will recommend to everyone.

This company is a fraud. At least four of the five-​star reviews for Print Peppermint on google are from people listed as employees on their website or helpdesk. We ordered cards and paid Print Peppermint $ 2,921.00 on January 22, 2016. A week after accepting payment from us they contacted us and told us they misquoted the price, and needed an additional $ 3000 to finish the job. We refused to pay more, and they finally agreed on February 2 to honor our existing contract agreement with them. On March 3, we were told the order would be shipped to us within a few days. Then on March 9, we were told the order failed a quality check and it would need to be reprinted. We pointed out that the preview of the defective cards showed cards printed using the wrong file (not the proof we signed off on). Two days later they contacted us and said they could not complete the job, period. At least they refunded the money we paid. All-​in-​all, they held our funds captive for nearly 2 months, from January 22 — March 15, and delivered nothing for it. I searched around online, and it appears Print Peppermint routinely changes their address. It seems they are trying to run from their horrible reputation.

If you are looking to get lied to, these are your guys. Austin and his staff are totally incompetent. They took 2 months to produce a card, which failed quality control. After they tried to extort almost 2xs the quoted amount, which I refused to pay, they shut down production and just sent my money back. 2 ½ months of wasted time without anything to show for it. BEWARE!

This is a FAKE company. I ordered a sample pack that never arrived. They would not refund me and 4 months later I received the sample pack. Honestly, I think this is how long it took them to collect the cards from other businesses.
Anyway check out the Better Business Bureau, I truly believe they website should be shut down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I never received my order and never heard back after multiple attempts to contact. Out money and nothing to show for it. Thoroughly disappointed.

Terrible customer service! Sent 4 emails over the past three days, not one response! Did a LiveChat with their customer service yesterday and was promised a response yesterday. More silence. My first order with the company was smooth but very, very slow. When I went to order a second batch of cards on Monday, same card but with one word change and adding a photo, they wanted to add $ 25 to my order for «design services». Too many other companies out there that are much better! Use of them instead of Print Peppermint.

No customer service whatsoever. No reply’s to multiple emails, non working art file upload, just junk all around. Clean looking website had me fooled. These guys are not professional.

Just a bad experience, fueled by lack of communication and unresponsive «technicians.» They got me in deep enough to delay my project for a week, but not enough to take my money (thankfully). Do your research before wasting time dealing with these folks. Too bad this place is not for real.

ITS ALL A SCAM!
My experience is exactly the same as all of the 1 star reviews here. I try to not leave negative reviews, because I understand that people/​businesses can have rough days but THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!
After a 2 month long fight to get money refunded for products never received, I’ve finally filed a claim with my bank. Apparently Jaeson Santana (now not even sure if this is a real person) was stealing money from the «company» and never placing orders. Every time I called the customer support line, there was no one I could be transferred to to take my call. Now I know that it was because its not a real business!
NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

I’ve used this company once and it was quite the run around. I got my cards but there was no UV gloss where I specified, or anywhere for that matter. I emailed them to complain and was told to keep them but I would be getting a new shipment of cards to replace the ones that were incorrect. Some of the replacement ship was wrong too.:sigh:
They were inexpensive and able to do smaller runs than other companies though so I went back when I needed some more cards and OH MY GOODNESS it was more horrible than I could have imagined. It made my grateful I even received my first batch of cards at all… which I noticed were actually ALL incorrect once I got my order from another company, Printing For Less. The customer service was like night and day with PFL and Peppermint — like the blackest night in the middle of a haunted forest vs. a bright sunny island day. PFL even followed up with a promo code and thank you email at PFL.
Then this morning I got this email from customer service at Print Peppermint. Obviously a fed-​up employee decided to expose them for all their shit. As a past customer and one who could not seem for the life of her to get another order in, ALL of this makes PERFECT sense. I don’t think it’s dramatized one bit. My experience was so purely ridiculous. It got to the point where I was like do you even want my order or WHAT?

I’m unsure of the validity of the statements in Jaeson’s email, but this is what I received after having issues with the lack of customer support.
I will say I’ve gotten several emails since from Austin, the owner, mentioning Jaeson was fired and offering a free order, but after an email like the one above, I’ve found that there’s plenty of other companies to do business with.
Unilocal has claimed that there has been complaints about my review and whether or not it meets their TOS. I am modifying it to ensure that everyone understands that the statements in the above copied email were from the company, and I’m not making a statement of whether the claims on their web site are true or untrue. The point of my review is to give you a real example of what a paying customer received from the company’s support department.
A little more of the story…
I initially ordered their sample pack, and I was happy with what I saw at first glance and I made an order. After a day or so into my order I started to notice issues with the card examples. Some of the cards were cut just slightly off and some of the printing looked blurry or off. Additionally, their format requirement was different than what my graphic designer usually would provide for the style of printing I wanted. My graphic designer wasn’t entirely sure how the integrity of the graphic would hold up in the format required by the company. So I reached out with these concerns and asked if that was an issue, etc. After several messages, and no response to emails, I googled the company and found tons of warnings about doing business with this company. I reached out again at this point to say I noticed the reviews and was concerned now about the order. The reply I received is above.
In the end my money was completely refunded and I never received any business cards from the company other than the sample pack.

Worst customer service (non-​existent) and print job ever!!!
Where to begin… I ordered cards for a client in Florida and had them shipped to myself so I could review them for quality before sending to client. The cards are the worst I have ever seen. I could get cards a 1000 times better from Vista Print for a 10^th of the cost. The cut on the cards was off set to the right and the cut itself was all frayed. I emailed with my concerns about the cards and told them I could not accept them. I then received an email asking me to answer questions that I had already supplied in my previous email. It is now 3 days later and still NO response. I have called numerous times only to get a voicemail. Called Jaeson and left a voicemail as well. We have requested a refund but have not heard back at all. I cannot send these cards to client and said I’d send back.
Their quality of product and non-​existent customer service is WAY OVER PRICED!
Also, I mapped all their addresses and they are ALL UPS store addresses. So, THIS company doesn’t do their own printing! They over charge you for some other cheap work!
I wouldn’t do business with this «printer»

This is a followup to my prior post. The cards for my boss turned out GREAT! They loved them. I am trying to figure out how to get photos on here like some of the others have. They are going to be ordering other cards for the rest of the people we have in other locations.
I am glad that we went with these guys and had a wonderful experience with Print Peppermint, Richie and Jason. Thanks to all of them!

Please make sure you give 10 – 12 business days and like 5 or so for shipping. I got my cards and they are beautiful. I’m so proud of them. Print Peppermint did an amazing job on them

Too Little, Too Late. Highly Unprofessional.
I emailed this company for a quote over a week ago and today they finally respond with their «reasoning» as to why I haven’t heard from them. Their reasoning included *word for word* (1) You’ve requested a quote for a product we currently are not producing. — the combinations and 5 versions of same cards — and (2) Our custom project production cue is currently booked up for more than 2 weeks and we are not accepting any new projects. –Realistically 5 – 6 weeks out at this time.
I requested a quote on 5 different business cards with slight differences *that I confirmed could be completed via the online chat support before sending the request*. It’s been a week since my request, and today is the first time I’ve heard anything other than automated confirmation emails. The gal I spoke to insisted she asked for clarification and the vector files, yet I have no record of this interaction.

Worst customer service ever, terrible ordering process, bad products, bad everything. What is with this company? They went REALLY far to promote themselves as a «refreshing alternative» but its as bad as calling Verizon, or Blue Cross Blue Shield. It’s like being in a broken maze.

I’ve ordered from Print Peppermint before and although it took longer than I expected to receive the cards, I really loved them. So when my boyfriend and I decided to order new/​updated cards, I immediately thought of this company.
I’m really sad to say we had a terrible experience!
We ordered two sets of cards with the fastest/​most expensive shipping (2^nd day) because we needed them in time for a business trip we were taking, but 10 days later we still haven’t received the order. It took a representative to three business days to even respond to our email, and an additional 5 days for our order to ship. Neither of us were able to reach anyone on the phone after leaving multiple messages.
We both resorted to emailing and finally to chatting on their website with Jaeson, who was rude over chat and didn’t even apologize for the delay. We’d had some mixed messages since both my boyfriend and I were trying any way we could to reach anyone from the company, and panicked about whether or not we’d get our (expensive) cards on time for our trip, and when we finally got an email back we were told we’d been blacklisted from the company because of «way too much communication about our order.» Jaeson even attached very rude photos to the email he sent.
I’m bummed because I really was excited to order them… hopefully they turn up in time for our trip, but next time we will probably order from a company with more efficient shipping and friendlier customer service.
