I’ve never had such good customer service! I never have to wait more than a few minutes and the one time I did, when the person in front of me was taking a while — at no fault of the owner — I was told to leave my packages at the counter and he would take care of them. He waved the fee I would owe and assured me he’d tape them off and get them mailed. So I chose to trust him.
Low and behold, a week later I receive a hand printed envelope with my confirmation receipt in the email.
They are so sweet and professional. A perfect combination for a neighborhood postal service. I will never go anywhere else to mail anything.

This place definitely gets 5 stars. It was one of the few places open on Sunday. I had to print out my homework. I looked up places that allow printing and this place came up. This place was my lifesaver, and I’m pretty sure that I will be coming back in the future. Prices are cheaper than UPS also.

As a small business owner who works out of my house, I have come to count on Simon Global Services for the business solutions I need. Gabe and Kris (apologies if I spelled her name wrong) have always provided the best service with price points that are very affordable. I’ve been using Simon’s as a place to scan documents, send faxes, print color copies for my clients, send packages and buy stamps! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 14 years and just started using them as my «go to» place for my business needs! I highly recommend them!

Today around 4:50pm was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Since when is it okay to tell the customer that you are having a bad day. TheHispanic man behind the counter was pleasant with the two Hispanic customers in front of me. He immediately gave me attitude and displayed irritation towards me. After he was so rude, unprofessional, and nasty to me I snatched my FedEx label out of his hand, grabbed my box off the counter and headed out the door. He told me f### me and called me a B!+c#. I couldn’t believe it.

Friendliest owner in the neighborhood. Efficient and always greets with a smile. Speaks many languages for customers ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I just recently discovered this business, and I absolutely wish I had found it sooner. The staff here are very accommodating, and a bonus for me is that they are open until 8pm, much later than other shipping centers.
The service here is great, everyone has been totally friendly, with good tips on how to pack items, and when I had to repackage some items in store, they were very gracious about letting me use an area to do this.
I highly recommend using this place for all your shipping needs; they have a ton of other services as well!

I have relocated to Chicago and am new to the various businesses in the area. I read a number of reviews and decided to drop off packages here as it seemed close, convenient, and helpful. As a business owner for the past 24 years, I have never encountered such poor customer service and if this employee worked for my company, he would be let go immediately. No one should treat customers in this manner.
Things must have changed recently since other reviews were posted, as the clerk is neither friendly nor helpful. Each time I stopped in to drop off a package, there was a communication problem, which ended up with tension on both sides.
The final incident which is why I am writing this review occurred when I asked for a scan of my item and the clerk said «you mean a receipt?» I said yes, «a receipt of the scan,» meaning the tracking number from my package. He threw the package back at me and told me he didn’t need or want my business.
I am not sure if he is the owner or an employee. Either way, FedEx should reconsider who they allow to represent their company.
I gladly went elsewhere are received wonderful service with a friendly smile. This establishment is not worthy of anyone’s business.

Simon’s is by far the sweetest shipping shop in chicago. the owner is friendly, extremely helpful, charges reasonable prices. they even have pets in there to make you even happier. they have a great selection of shipping supplies. it looks like you can get a shot of liquor too.
they make easy to ship — they will package it for you after you leave so all you have to do is lay the stuff down on the table and fill out your information and go on with your day. you’ll get an email with tracking info.
look, in the future we’ll have to ship a lot more stuff. a lot of information will be transmitted electronically, and 3d printers are nice, but we’re going to need to ship stuff for a long time and Simons knows what’s it doing.

Okay a smile goes a long way… seldom do you feel like a valuable customer at most shops, stores, restaurants etc. Here you truly do.
Gabe, the owner is always there when I need him. He has come to the help of emergencies time and again. He even helped to send my passport overnight while I was stuck in Canada.
Simon Global Services, the essence of a community small business. The store is named after his dog, as far as I know. If your lucky you will see little Simon behind the counter to give customers a friendly wag hello.
