Family friendly?.. I saw that earlier. My grinder and coke was almost $ 12. $ 12, no fries … Also, no refills… Portillos is a bit pricey and They have refills. The food itself was dam good. But I did find an oddity… My medium drink and my friend’s large(50 cents difference) were nearly the same size. You have to pay attention to grab the right drink, which led to an experiment… After we were done, I had my cup filled with water, and poured into his empty large. it was ¾″ from the top of his cup. I think a medium is 20 ounces and a large is 22… WTF

Pizza is great. However, one of your staff members needs to be disciplined. A woman whos name i did not get. white complected and might have had a tattoo was extremely rude. Calling every customer a F’n Dumb*** because they tried to use your side door, getting in a altercation with another customer because she wanted to use her debit card. I mean i understood she needed the lady’s ID but she was super rude about it. Super disappointed at your staff. I will stay away when shes there. Please discipline her or at least bring to her attention

Have been ordering pizza from here since they opened and theyre still great. Grinders are ok as is the chicken parmegian. Bbq ribs are ok but ive had better. Restaurant itself is a bit on the small side with just a few tables but delivery is pretty good as well.

Their pizzas are fairly bland. They put a lot of sauce and cheese but there’s no flavor it it. The slices are better than their actual pizzas. But I love their chicken wings! They are always crispy and made fresh when ordered. And they are a bit to pricy for everything. They constantly have new workers there no one ever stays which shows me that something isn’t right behind the counter(I know that has nothing to do with their food, just an observation) the grinders there suck I mean really suck!

I grew up a block away from this place(28th and Harding), and I still can’t forget their pizza by the slice. After all these years, my favorites are still the meatball grinder and the thin crust pizza. Go get them!

I have been here 3 or 4 times. They have good customer service. If you are going to tip, tip CASHONLY *winks*. They have great cheesecake & pizza! I only eat thin crust cheese pizza, no stuffed pizza for me. That’s all I’ve ever had here. Not much else to say. I used to rush & eat here while waiting on the 53 to take me back up to the Blue Line. Sometimes I would miss the 53& have to wait for another one because I was still eating & didn’t want to bring all that food with me on the bus lol But the food was worth missing a bus lol

A bit more expensive than other local places but the Pizza is good. The tomato sauce has spices in it which I like. I’ve only had carryout since I live a block away, can’t say about delivery. Takes about 30 minutes to be done. There is a parking lot available. Looks clean.

Growing up on the south side I had my good share of pizza and I have to say this is one of the best thin crusts around!(for the record, home run inn, piezanos and Nick & Bruno’s are the top three). I highly recommend their grinders! Especially the breaded steak grinder, you won’t regret it! Cheese sticks are also one of the best! The place is right on the corner and it sells by the slice, what good pizza joint doesn’t. It’s got the feel of one of those pizza places we all went to with friends when we were in high school. Overall just great! Try it out if you’re a pizza lover!

I used to eat the Italian Beef Grinder’s here when I’d visit my ex back in the day(I’m sure you needed that little tidbit of info lol). YUM! I haven’t eaten these in years, but I remember the italian beef meat was tender and not tough. I remember liking the french fries, also. Alas, I live on the far north side so I don’t think I’ll ever be near this place again.

When you don’t eat cheese on your pizza, the crust & sauce’s flavor(or lack thereof) becomes much more apparent. If the sauce and crust are bland, I’m not trying the place again, and such was the case with Piezano’s. The woman who answered the phone when I called was super nice and the delivery guy was friendly as well(despite my phone being on vibrate and me not knowing he was at my apartment until he knocked on the window :-P). I wish the food was better. My default toppings are mushrooms and onions as those often add life to pizza even if the crust and sauce are bland. Oddly enough, the onions and mushrooms had no taste either. Onions with no taste? How did that happen? The side salad had basic ingredients(tomato, lettuce, carrots, cucumber…) but it was actually really fresh and crispy. The tomatoes were bland though, like most tomatoes that aren’t homegrown or organic or vine-ripened. I still have yet to find a pizza place on the southwest side that can top Falco’s. The mission continues…

Food is very, very good. Like everyone else has said, the sauce is just the best there is, and the pizza itself is just right in flavor. Their«grinders» are also very good my fave is the ham grinder, it is oven baked and perfect in size. The Fettuccine Alfredo is awesome as well, very creamy and buttery. Oh and the Chef Salad is like no other salad from any pizza place place, it is packed with ham, turkey, cheese, so I wouldnt considered this a dieters salad. .again it is very good. As far as the food goes, I highly recommend it. My only problem with this place is that their prices are a bit higher than most pizza places but in all honesty, you get what you pay for. One thing that bothers me about this place, and the reason why they dont get a full 5 stars is because they charge for EVERYTHING. You want parmesan cheese? 50 cents! who cares if you just spent $ 30-$ 40 here. Oh and you are going to have to scrape the cheese from the foil if you order pizza slices to go, dont bother asking them to put it in a box because guess what? they will charge you for the box! They are so greedy for money that for the right price, they will deliver even if you are out of the delivery area. But guess who takes the hit? The poor driver who will miss out on 5 – 6 deliveries/tips in the time it takes to get to and from your house. Bottom line… Food is absolutely great… Management SUCKS!

Excellent pizza, delicious toppings and prompt friendly driver. I even give props to the sauce. It was fantastic. It arrived precisely at the requested time and the pizza was piping hot, fresh and super tasty. Prices were really budget friendly and they even throw in the gratis 6 pack of RC. I only wish I lived closer to this gooey yumminess so I could order it more often. Wait, on second thought… maybe not!

The pizza was delicious. The best part was the sauce. Usually I’m unsatisfied with the sauce on Chicago pizza’s, but this one gave me faith — it was chunky and full of flavor. It sat perfectly on the thin crust. Uhhhh… I’m getting hungry now… The pepper mushroom slice was my favorite, though all were delicious. The peppers, mushrooms and sauce created a flavor explosion in my mouth. Damn, that was good pizza. I’m. Out.

Piping hot, delicious pizza! Colleen C. came to the rescue when we were working with Chicago Cares at the Little Village Boys and Girls Club. We needed lunch and Piezano’s was there to feed us! Colleen ordered several pizzas and they were delivered exactly when Piezano’s said they would be ready. We were given silverware, plates, napkins and the greatest pop in the world: RC. I was seriously impressed with the fact that the pizza was literally piping hot as we opened it and began eating. Usually delivery pizza is not that warm ever. It’s usually a given that the pizza won’t be steaming hot but this was! It was awesome. The crust was crispy and everything else was melty and yummy. I kind of wish I lived in the area so I could have an excuse to get this pizza more often. If you live nearby, I highly recommend!

Far exceeded expectations… The scene: A group of Unilocalers volunteering in Little Village. However, due to the fact that we had no idea what corner of the city we’d be in before that very morning… there was no real way to plan ahead for lunch. Luckily(truthful plug) the Unilocal iPhone app(not mine, but a friends) saved the day… and hooked us up with Piezano’s Pizza! I called in around 11am… and I know this may sound strange, but she was one of the most friendly phone pizza people, EVER. Efficient, clear, interested in helping me figure out quantities. Impressive! At exactly 1225 the driver rolled into the Boys and Girls Club with 6 pizzas, paper plates, napkins and a 6-pack of RC(complimentary). Copied my credit card, unleashed the ‘zas and went on his merry, pizza joy way. The pizza was goooooooooood. Seriously… I heard many comments on how good the tomato sauce was. Fresh veggies, thick cheese, not too thin, not too thick… just hot enough. Plenty to feed 20 or so people, with some to spare for the jealous onlookers! Fast. On-Time. Delicious. Pizza! What could’ve been a true disaster ended up being quite enjoyable :)
