Parrish Lewis Photography

I bought a Groupon for a photo session… and all I can say is that I’m glad that Groupon refunded me the money in Groupon bucks.
I bought the Groupon and 2 months before it was set to expire, I went online to find a contact to reach out to Parrish to make an appointment. I found multiple websites, which was confusing. So, I sent in the request form on 2 of the websites. I heard back right away that the date I was looking for wasn’t available, but what about the following Saturday? Sounded good to me, so I replied back right away say that was fine.
I heard nothing back so after about a week I sent another email asking to have the appointment confirmed and asking what info he needed from me. Again… nothing. So, another week goes by and I send another email. Nothing… So, I call the number that is listed on his signature in the original email response. A gentleman answered saying it was a Produce Store. So, I looked up on one of the websites and tried the studio number listed there. A man answered «hello». I had no idea if I had the wrong number again, but after asking, he said it was Parrish.
Ok, so I explained to him that I hadn’t heard back and he said «nobody has gotten back to you?» I said no, and he said he was on a shoot (I dialed the studio number??) and could I email him again so it appeared at the top of his email and he’d get back to me when he got back to the studio. So, I did just that. Do you think I heard back? A week later and still nothing.
Absolutely unprofessional! I’m so glad that Groupon came through, otherwise I would’ve wasted the money, because after this experience, I probably wouldn’t have pushed the issue to make an appointment.

Parrish has an unbelievable talent. He not only has an eye for a great shot, but he also has the ability to make you comfortable during the shoot. I didn’t know what to expect It was amazing to witness Parrish use his instinct to make ad-​hoc plans on the best shots. My fiancé and I didn’t feel like we were posing, whereas we were merely being ourselves and Parrish happened to be snapping pictures. I would highly recommend Parrish to anyone for anything from engagement photos to product photos.
