shady spot. I went to respond to a Craigslist add posted by this place, on arriving I find the price has suddenly changed by $ 25, which was my first hint. I should have left right then, I didn’t, my bad. So I take the item home, on turning it on, and I find it wasnt refurbished as I was told it was. Now I call up, and ask about the return policy, at first I am told no returns as stated on the recipt. However I had the recipt in hand, and it clearly didnt mention anything about returns. When I mention this, I am told its on the register, whoever says this then starts reading a sign (I assume) on the register. But guess what? Apparently the exchange policy is not posted there, or even mentioned. So now I am told its just the policy. At this point I am told a THIRD price for the item.
To clarify I called BEFORE I even go in to the store, because I wanted to ensure I didnt waste my time or money.
I would strongly recommend staying FAR AWAY, this place is shady. I wouldn’t take anything to be repaired here. They do not even really repair the items they are selling, despite claiming the exact opposite.
EDIT I feel I should clarify some things, I asked multiple times about thecraiglist ad, infact one employee rembered talking to me before I entwred the store about said ad. Apparently he did forget the price. I was never asked to show the ad. I was told it didn’t exist. Or applied to a different product. In the end I would have liked to get a refund of the difference between the advertised price and what I paid. However instead I will simply avoid this store period.

Took my locked netbook 2 several different places that claim they could help me out. When I should’ve brought it right to Onesolution in the 1^st place. Ask 4 Don Richards

These guys know what they are doing and understand the value of building a client base. They have now repaired two desktop computers and a laptop for us in very quick fashion for a very decent price.
